Me and My Dad At Morecambe
Introduction
This is just to share the challenge, the drabble comes after the next heading:
This Is Where I Began
Yeah, that's me before I could walk, being supported by my dad, and he is still here and still supports me. Apparently, I was at my Grandma's with my Mum and Dad, and my Uncle put on "Hound Dog" by Elvis Presley, and that may be the start of why I love my music so much.
Mum and Dad but a stereo radiogramme, and Johnny Cash was always on the player, so there was music anywhere, and they bought me an orange plastic guitar, which I never learned to play.
So now you know why I am like I am.

Congratulations Mike , now we know
Congratulations Mike!✅
part I loved the best: support from his father description: perfectly done by using a photo and by taking us to a place in "his world," I could "see" him with his little orange guitar, those chubby legs jumping up and down to those tunes,! He was molded by music and it's still so very important to him. Loved it throughout! Congratulations, Mike :)
Lovely Drabble & photo of you with your Dad. I always liked “Hound Dog” (& dogs!)… also love JOhnny Cash & his music.
What an adorable baby! And yes, now we understand. I can that:consistency. My best memories as a child are me with my plushy rabbits, which I adored. I dislike dolls. Consistency.
This is cute, Mike. Love the pic of you and your dad, too.
Adorable! Thx 4 sharing Mike! 🌸
...Don't recall ever being in Morecambe but visited Grange over Sands, across the bay, some years ago. Beautiful coastline.
Ha, ha, can see you as such a cute babe Mike. I remember my aunty having a radiogram which was a prized possession and much admired when we visited (but of course not allowed to touch). Love the photo and great Drabble
Awww, that's such an adorable photo of you!
Once a hound dog, always a hound dog, & nothin' more to say about it, lol.
I am deferring my comments until after the judging, but I thoroughly enjoyed your entry...made me smile :)
