The Art of Surrender- My Quest To Finally Let Go
People arrive and depart as they see fit. Learned this phrase when? I didn't completely understand at the time how someone could mean so much and then disappear the next second. When I went through it myself, it was a concept I found difficult to understand or accept because I had formed strong attachments to some people. I had the mental impression that I needed to take action to change the current situation. Anything that would allow them to stay, even if it meant causing me inconvenience. I was unaware that I had fallen into this trap. I put myself in a trap that made me vacillate back and forth.

When to Start Selling Merchandise
One of the problems with running an online business is the merchandise side. Online businesses chiefly make money through three different aspects (advertising, books, and merchandise), with most money generally coming from merchandise. That is, while advertising is lucrative and easy to set up and creators wish books would be the primary sellers, the reality is that most of the comic's profits will come from t-shirts, toys, and other items. However, most people have a problem in determining when it is the best time to start selling merchandise.

Self-Publication for Dummies
For too many authors the steps of self-publication are a mystery. While there are plenty of books on the subject, most are unsure of where to begin. This is actually easy: Finish the bleeding manuscript first. While there are some exceptions to this, it helps to have a finished manuscript in hand before you even think about publishing. However, once you have a manuscript in hand, you can now debate publishing it. Whether you choose to pay a group of freelancers, use a hybrid publisher, or (Heaven forbid!) do it all yourself (or some combination of the above), the steps are pretty much the same.

Introspection and projecting what we find is our bread and butter, but sometimes we need to poke our heads out of the hole and interact with others.

2025 Writing Goals
I wanted to try something a little different. I always have my writing goals for the day, for the week, for the month. They change from time to time, but I use them to try to finish stories and scripts by certain times. Some projects have deadlines, and some don't, so setting some goals helps me to keep up with a good pace.
