A Funny Story About Typos. Top Story - May 2025.
If you know me at all, you know I am a huge fan of Terry Pratchett, mayherestinpeace. If you aren't familiar, he wrote the Discworld series. "Series" is a bit of a misnomer, because each of the 41 novels can be enjoyed on its own, as a stand-alone story. (You can read them in any order, but most fans agree not to start with the first one, The Colour of Magic.)

The Envelope That Held More Than R50
Sometimes, the universe has a beautiful way of saying “I see you.” Mine came in the shape of a sealed blue envelope. It all started during our coaching program. We were asked to write a thank-you letter to ourselves — not the kind you’d post or email, but the kind that travels inward, finds your soul, and settles there like a hug from your future self. The task felt both emotional and refreshing, a moment of self-reflection I didn't know I needed until the pen touched paper.

Inclusion Isn’t a Trend—It’s a Commitment by Shane Windmeyer
When I first began my journey as an advocate for LGBTQ+ equality, I believed inclusion was simply about being seen—being welcomed in the room, allowed to be who I am without shame or fear. Over time, and through decades of listening, leading, and learning, I’ve come to understand that inclusion is not just about being invited. It’s about being valued. It’s about knowing that your voice matters, that your differences are not only respected but also understood as essential to the success of the collective.
