What is the capital of London?
London not only towers over the rest of the UK, but it also stands among the most powerful and influential of world cities.
London is one of the oldest major cities in the World, with almost two thousand years of history and one of the most cosmopolitan. By far, Britain's largest metropolis is also the country's economic, transport and cultural hub.
London serves as the capital for not only England and also the larger sovereign state, the United Kingdom, sometimes referred to as simply Britain.
But London is also the capital city for many other things. Some may surprise you.
London is Europe's capital city for urban mobility.
London has been point out as one of the most mobility-friendly cities in the World, with urban mobility opportunities in the UK capital well above average. World leader Singapore only narrowly overtook the sprawling metropolis.
The rise of megacities has been fuelled by a combination of population growth and economic prosperity of the urban environment. Centralised urban populations, however, strain environmental and agricultural systems and cause logistical problems in the areas of energy, transport and mobility.
To determine which cities around the World best address these challenges, Oliver Wyman, with the Institute of Transportation Studies of the University of California, collaboration, studied cities on 56 metrics, including regulation, infrastructure, social impacts, and the ability to adapt to future technologies. The resulting index of 50 international locations found that while Singapore remains the World's most mobility-friendly city, European cities far outperform their Asian and American rivals. Six cities in the top 10 were from Europe, three from Asia and one from the USA.
London is the World's capital of education.
London has always been a winning option for international students seeking to study abroad, as it is home to the leading universities in the World.
According to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, London remains the World's capital of higher education. Four London universities are in the global Top 40, more than any other city in the World. These are Imperial College (8th), University College London (16th), the London School of Economics and Political Science (25th) and King's College (36th).
London is the cocaine capital of Europe.
The cocaine market in London is now worth an estimated £1 billion a year, with people in the British capital using more cocaine than Amsterdam, Barcelona and Berlin combined. Over half a million doses of cocaine, with an estimated street value of £2.75 million, are consumed on average every 24 hours in London, twice as much as in any other European city. When forensic scientists at King College London University examined wastewater for benzoylecgonine (BE), the compound that occurs when the body breaks down cocaine, they found Londoners consumed an average of 23 kg per day, according to a study by Sky News.
Barcelona has an average weight of 12.74 kg, Amsterdam 4.62 kg and Berlin 4.62 kg, although it should be noted London has a much larger population compared to these cities. This means London's annual pure cocaine use is now more than eight tonnes, with an estimated street value of more than £1 billion. Dr Leon Barron, a forensic scientist at King's College London, said cocaine was an "everyday drug" in London, with the study finding "persistent cocaine use during the week" in the capital "with only a slight increase at weekends."
London is the World's fashion capital.
The variety of designer shops and boutiques that can be found in London make London "the world's fashion capital," it has been claimed.
Sairey Stemp, the fashion editor at Cosmopolitan magazine, noted increasing investment by international designers means London's fashion industry is thriving despite the recession.
Ms Stemp said the Shoreditch area and the new Westfield centre were a "tremendous draw" for buyers, adding that many fashion designers considered the city a "major destination" ahead of any London Fashion Week.
A survey by the Clothes Show London found the capital to be the most stylish city in the UK, beating off competition from Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool.
London is a global theatre capital.
London's theatre industry produced £618.5million at the box office, according to a report that says the city is the World's leading theatre capital.
The London Theatre Report estimates the sector employs 6,500 full-time staff and more than 3,000 performers simultaneously. There are an additional 5,000-plus part-time and more than 5,000 freelancers.
Audiences at London theatres, which include a mix of commercial and non-profit venues in inner and outer London, outstripped those at Broadway theatres in New York by about 20 per cent in 2012-13.
With 241 venues and a total seating capacity of more than 110,000, the London theatre is "the most important theatre capital in the world," according to the Society of London Theatre, which commissioned the report in conjunction with the National Theatre.
London is the money laundering capital of the World.
If I went into my bank and attempted to deposit £55 million, I would be asked to go to the manager, if not the police. But if I were to transfer such sums through a flat in Belgravia, a West End jeweller or an offshore tax haven, I'd get a Level 1 golden visa and the status of a foreign investor. It's McMafia this way, sir, no questions asked.
If other countries let their wealth to be stolen, that may not be Britain's problem, but it makes Britain an accomplice to the biggest kleptomania of the century. For the US tax authorities, as for the man in Moscow Street, London is the capital of the oligarchies, of McMafia operations. It is responsible for two-thirds of the World's tax havens, especially in the Caribbean, and its legality is no defence against its deplorable morality. They are, like medieval pirates, a constant rebuke to the world economic order.
Faced with supposedly catastrophic housing supply, planners have turned entire streets in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea into ghost towns, rows of empty terraced houses and apartment blocks. The impact of buy-to-leave on London's property market is now dramatic.
London is the tech capital of Europe.
London has been recognised as the "undisputed" tech capital of Europe by its Mayor Sadiq Khan, following a report by London & Partners.
The figures show that the capital's tech companies are helping to grow the UK's digital economy, generating more than 80% of all venture capital money invested in the UK since Brexit.
"London is the undisputed technology capital of Europe, and today's figures are further proof that London remains a leading global technology hub for investors. London is a hub of creative energy and innovation with world-class universities and a diverse international talent pool," said Khan.
'London's tech sector is a vital source of jobs and development for the city's economy, and it is crucial we continue to attract the best talent and investment from around the World after Brexit. '
The investigation found that London remains the leading venture capital destination in Europe due to its high concentration of technology companies, attracting more than 4 billion investments, ahead of Paris 1.14 billion, 814 million Berlin and 542 million Stockholm.

It's no secret, the black market but your story put it in the limelight. Let see if anyone will pay it any attention. This is why inflammation will not matter. The actual amount for feeling out a money laundry form is less than what you say nevertheless, it's true, there is a bank form to fill out.
Impressive information and wonderful wander story!!!😊💖💕
