The Beauty of Crete
Crete is the largest Greek island and the fifth largest in the Mediterranean Sea. The region of Chania or Hania on the western side of Crete is overshadowed by the incredible White Mountains and is popular for its National Park. It is also a paradise for food and wine lovers. Here you can taste excellent Cretan wine and take tours of wineries.

Part 4 : Wasps and Jetskis
The next day was one for recovery and chill after having been out all of the previous one. The beach was calling after another delicious and satisfying hotel breakfast. The respite of relaxation and the need to recharge was definitely felt. It went similarly to our first day but with one main triumph and a recommendation to the reader.

Ulm on the Danube
Located in the federal German state of Baden-Wurrtemberg, Ulm is a lovely city on the River Danube. Munster the large Gothic cathedral in Ulm is a most impressive sight. It has an amazing 161.5-meter-high steeple, the world’s tallest. It took 500 years to build this cathedral after the first stone was laid in 1377. There are hallmarks on each stone that were inscribed by cutters, who were paid by the block. Visitors can get an impressive view of the city by climbing up 768 spiral steps up to the 143-meter-high viewing platform of the tower. On a clear day, you can see the Black Forest and the Alps.

Part 2: Zeus Fills the Sky
Our room was large with high, sloping ceilings. Plain but comfortable with a fridge, a little balcony with a table that would catch the sun and racks for drying our clothes. Everything was scrupulously clean and carried a strange but inoffensive smell, most likely unfamiliar cleaning products. We were faced with a double luckily composed of two single beds we were able to push apart. I am a tall, long-limbed lady, T is significantly smaller and whilst she could sleep completely still, I knew I had a tendency to starfish and commit night time acrobatics. I was glad I didn’t have to worry about accidentally kicking her in my sleep.

Hi Portugal
Monday madness melted away when I took the plan to Faro airport via Birmingham International Airport. Sometimes the London airports are cheaper to fly to, but Birmingham Airport is easier for me to get to cause there’s a direct train from Banbury to Birmingham International. Though I didn’t need to worry about train strikes cause I came here with my mum and stepdad. I was expecting delays, but there was none at all. That makes a change for once. I remember one of the flights to Amsterdam was delayed and one of the passengers had a panic attack.
