PolyInnovator
Hello, this story today is both an introduction of myself, as well as an intro for my main project, the "Do it Yourself Degree." Now, I am not the first person to pursue this sort of endeavor. Oh, there has been so many, however I am the first to pursue building a personal brand around the creation, documentation and pursuit of a degree.

Golden Tickets for Alumni Turns a Night Out at an Event Into an Opportunity to Give Back. Top Story - November 2018.
Going to college is something that changes you, and anyone who has been there can attest to it. It’s a place where you transformed from a shy high schooler to a fully-fledged adult. It’s a place where memories and friendships are made in ways that never would happen “in the real world,” and a place that’s often considered to be the final stepping stone to adulthood.

7 Benefits of Art
"Stop drawing pretty pictures and do something productive." I've heard from parents, teachers, and strangers talking to kids as if art is equivalent to just sitting doing nothing. My NaNoWriMo Journey
As a therapist, I know the value of goal setting. However, as an individual, I am as lax as most people about setting my own goals. I have always found that when I commit to a goal, I obtain it. Now, this doesn't mean that I do something whimsical like stating I'm going to become a millionaire in the next year, and it somehow magically occurs. It does, however, mean that I establish SMART goals. These are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.

The First Year After College
I see the first year after college as being an extremely important one. And I don’t mean that you have to figure out your entire life in this year, I mean that you need to claim this time for the things that are going to develop you into the best version of yourself as you begin your adult life. This is a time to engage in some deep self-discovery, to take some risks for the things you care about, to resist any urge to define yourself or commit to one path and to prioritize your own growth above everything else.
