The NFL is full of legends, including Vince Lombardi, Jerry Rice, and Jim Brown. But at the center of every great team is a legendary quarterback. Ode to the Road
In 2017 I took a road trip around the American west with my girlfriend. The car that took us on the month-long journey was a red Mazda 3 that we affectionately named “Peppa.” Last month, Peppa’s lease ran out and we had to say goodbye. I wanted to take a moment and recognize Peppa’s contribution to our eventful travels by recapping five of the more memorable drives of 2017.

Things Women Should Stop Saying to Each Other IMMEDIATELY
OK, I’m just going to put this out there, I am guilty of most of these at some point or another in my life, and I’m pretty sure most of the girls I know are too, but that doesn’t make it OK. I noticed a couple of years ago how toxic some of my friendships with my girlfriends were. We compete, we compare, we bitch, we moan, we attention seek.

How 'Black Mirror' Changed My Social Media Habits
Of all nineteen episodes of Black Mirror, the third season premiere, “Nosedive,” was the hardest for me to watch. There was no bestiality, no murder, no consciousness-transfer. It wasn’t as shocking as “White Bear” or as disturbing as “Black Museum.” Sure, there was advanced technology, but it was nothing like the synthetic husband in "Be Right Back."

Why Country Music Evolving Is a Good Thing
I was raised on country music. As my taste and openness to other genres has blossomed in the advent of my adult life, the genre has remained a favorite of mine. I like the story-telling, the emotional through-line, the authenticity.

What a Facebook Blockchain Token Might Look Like
Facebook has not been having a good time, lately. After it has been revealed that Facebook has been selling user data to Cambridge Analytica, ICE, and other groups, it became clear that this site has a lot more involvement in data collection than most would have guessed. Once news groups traced Facebook's involvement in the 2016 election results, it became even more clear that the company has been setting its goal to become a political being.

How Long They Choose To Love You Will Never Be Your Decision
Makes sense right? That no matter how much you try, you can never choose how long someone will love you. You can't make someone love you for a specific amount of time. You can't make them feel the same way for years on end. You just don't have the power to do that.

How to Reconnect With Your Lover
Do you remember the first time you had sex with your lover and actually communicated on the things you wanted in the bedroom that turn you on the most? Do you feel that sometimes you were shy and that you really can't express yourself, especially being a woman, and you find yourself locked inside your own head with self-doubt that perhaps your lover doesn't see you the same way and the connection between the both of you has gone stagnant? These are the questions I normally ask because there are times that I feel that I have lost the spark in my own relationship and I feel that sometimes communication can be at a standstill because both parties have such strong opinions. So when you find yourself in a slump, you want to bring the spark back into the relationship that you love and adore, you have to find different ways to be spontaneous. You have to find different ways to rekindle the connection that you had sexually with your lover and you have to be open and honest with that person to let them know that you love them deeply, but you have certain ideas or certain demands that you require. It is never wrong to tell your lover that you might want something new in the bedroom to spice up the relationship and to bring both of you together in a more deeper and loving manner. I find it hard to believe that people actually go through the situation that I have been in several different times. Communication is so important because so many wires get crossed and everybody wants to have a fucking titty-fit. So here are some things that can bring the spice back into your relationship. It something that I tried myself and it actually worked. Besides communication, here are some factors that may give you what you truly desire to bring the spark back into your relationship and bring the beast and freak out of both of you.

Spring Clean the Body With: Papaya Seeds
Papaya seeds. Why you should eat these potent little mother f*ckers. Papaya seeds are often just the “gross” insides we throw away to eat that delicious super fruit or meat of the actual Papaya itself. However, BOTH are highly beneficial for us.

Opioid Abuse
That there is an opioid epidemic is indisputable. I remember as an anesthesia technician a member of the nursing staff had been dismissed because she was caught in an operating room with her hands in a used needle bin, trying to steal syringes with left over fentanyl.
