The Eastern Timber Wolf
I volunteered at the Timber Wolf Preservation Society (TWPS) from 2012 to its closing in 2014. As a tour guide, I learned things I never thought I would. My first-hand experience showed me that much of what I thought I knew about wolves before was false. They are a beautiful species that I think everyone can learn from.

Best PlayStation 4 Shooter Games to Play
Blasting their way to the top wasn't an easy task, but these gaming titles make it look easy, and almost enjoyable. Sporting all-new amazing weaponry, and often allowing for some of the craziest in-game activities, these titles among the best PlayStation shooter games give a whole new meaning to action and adventure. They're also full of some interesting, and more or less controversial, topics that are even still debated to this day.

Mental Health at the Movies
It's no secret that the topic of mental health is becoming a more talked about subject in today's society. The media, in particular, is doing a good job of shining a light on the subject and helping remove any stigma that still remains. Over time, the representation of mental health in film has evolved and become arguably more truthful. There are plenty of films that include storylines based on a mental health disorder. Best Foods for Your Car Survival Kit
Whether you just need a jump start or you're on the side of the road when all major metropolitan areas in the US are subjected to a tactical nuclear strike, you'll be grateful to have the best foods for your car survival kit within arm's reach. Food is as important as a change of clothes, a first aid kit, or toilet paper. And since a car survival kit doesn't expire, you can just set it and forget it in your trunk. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!

Pride of the City
When speaking about Riga, the capital of Latvia, there are things and places within the city which stand above the rest. One of them and unique only to Riga is the city’s silhouette. It is dominated by many churches whose towers reach to the sky and whose golden roosters perched atop of the church spires are very well-known symbols of Riga and by other impressive structures. Those which make up the panorama are the following:

Reasons Why the Future of the Internet (and the World) Needs to Be Decentralized
After the repeal of net neutrality laws and the current global trend of politicians trying to clamp down power on the internet's freedom, people are getting increasingly concerned about the internet's future. As with any form of tech, or really any institution, the internet is evolving.

10 Inspiring Female Journalists
Compared to how it is today, in the past, the majority of women weren't taken seriously in their professions. In fact, it was pretty difficult for women to obtain higher and professional jobs, because men believed that they weren't properly equipped for them. But when women do work as professionals, they're still not being taken seriously.

Things That Separate Weed Noobs from Weed Veterans
In stoner culture, there are a lot of unspoken rules. One of them, which I will speak of now, is that you should never have to pay cash for your first joint. Another is that you always pass the joint around, even if you don't like that person.

Blueberry Cake
I happen to live in a town that has the best blueberry picking. People come from all over the place just to get a chance to pick these delicious blueberries. It makes blueberry desserts an instant go to in the summertime. Now I don't know about where you live, but where I live here in Canada, we are on our fifth winter of this year and I am over it. But since the snow isn't going anywhere for a little while, I thought the next best thing would be to make some of my favorite summertime desserts in anticipation of the warmer weather.

False Vacuum Theory
Coming to the realization that there just might be a "start over" button for the entire universe can be pretty unnerving... not knowing for sure whether the physics we use in our world today are legitimate is even more terrifying. Yet here I am with another unproven theory. This one's about the evolving False Vacuum Theory.

Stepping up to the Mic
You've tried deep breathing, taking sips of water, and pausing in between slides. You've kicked things off with a joke or a smile to lighten the mood. You've tried repeating the words "Just be yourself!" in your head over and over as you stood up to begin speaking. You've pictured your audience in their underwear and focused on their foreheads to avoid eye contact. You've practiced in front of the mirror, a few close friends, and even strangers at Toastmasters.

Foreplay
She came through the front door and tossed her keys in the direction of the hallway table. “Babe, I’m home!” She picked up the mail and briefly flipped through the envelopes. Nothing major there, just bills and coupons from the local grocery store. She sighed and placed them next to the keys.
