The Two Season Death Sentence: Only 15% of Netflix Originals Have Been Renewed for a Season 3
It is safe to say that in the past decade, Netflix has created an online entertainment empire. With over 3000 movie titles available in most regions (and new ones being added every day), as well as around 700 Netflix Original series (so not even including the ones they licence from other networks), there is certainly no slowing down for the streaming giant.

10 Can't Miss Coffee Shops in Los Angeles, CA
Before I moved to LA I knew nothing about coffee. My knowledge didn’t even go beyond the walls of the nearest Starbucks where I used to order a tall – whatever the most basic white girl drink is. (with almond milk – oooo, feisty I know)

tastes like strawberries and sounds like diversity and empowerment: a watermelon sugar review.
this video is dedicated to touching. Skinny jeans. Band tees. Chelsea boots. That was the Harry of the past. That was the Harry of times long over. The Harry of today, well, that’s a keeper, for sure.

What I learnt from my first solo trip abroad
Travelling solo, lost in the wanderlust is something we all contemplate at some point. Be it before we commit to those years of college, or just before we see ourselves settling down and starting a family-we all want to be out there, putting the contentment of our adventures in the hands of the maps that navigate us.

I Just Want a Damn Hug. Second Place in Better Days Challenge.
Today is May 14th 2020; it’s my 28th birthday. While most people seem bummed about their birthday falling during the stay at home order in New York City, I am happy with it. Of course there are things I would rather do and places I would rather be, but I assume I will never have a birthday like this again and that's what makes it memorable. Much like the symbolism of a birthday - another spin around the sun, time passing - I know this time will pass and we’re getting closer to that day.

Zero Waste: Getting Started.
Let me start off by saying that 'zero waste' will be a coniunous journey. In our consumerist culture nothing comes without some kind of waste attatched to it. Alas, that should not stop us from trying our hardest to minimise our impact on this poor little earth. Here is the beginning of my journey - about a year of being conscious of what I'm buying. Read for some useful tips, some interesting stories, and what I've learned.

I made Dominique Ansel's Cronuts at Home.
If you don't know who Dominique Ansel is perhaps you've heard of the Cronut. If you haven't heard of the Cronut, prepare to have your mind blown. Imagine a croissant. Flaky, crispy, tender, crumbs falling when you bite into it. Now, picture that in the shape of a donut. It's a circle, with a smaller circle inside cut out. Now, the best part is, this croissant/donut was actually deep fried. Just like an actual donut is instead of baked like a croissant.

Thoughts on Hysteria
Do you have a uterus? Do you sometimes feel anxious, experience sexual desire, or ‘cause trouble for others’? Well, then, you may just be suffering from Wandering Womb Syndrome! How COVID-19 Has Affected My Photography Practice. Third Place in Better Days Challenge.
Like most photographers, COVID-19 has had a profound effect on my business and my creative outlet. Of course, jobs are harder to come by, a recession is looming, and there are some jobs I’m just physically unable to take on, but my photography practice has also changed far beyond these inconveniences.

Why Quibi Will Be A Big Success In 2020
Early Adopters Think Premium Mobile Content Is Here To Stay When you look at any adoption cycle for new technology, it usually goes like this. Early adopters are the first to support an innovator’s product when a product launches. Early adopters like an idea so much they want to be among the first users to support that product or service. Next comes the early majority crowd, usually influenced by early adopters and more pragmatic, wanting a product that has been tested and has proven value. The remaining two groups, the late majority and the laggards, are the most conservative and skeptical of the population, roughly about 34% and 16%, respectively, according to The Daily Egg. And with millions of downloads within the first few weeks Quibi is at already at the stage between the early majority and early adopters.

Start vlogging
My beginning Well, I have to say starting to vlog has been a journey I planned for a long time. I am still doing my best to keep up a consistent blogging routine, but I have a difficult daily job that I have to deal with, pure labour work, so it's hard sometimes to manage a vlog, but I still do my best, I just love it.
