Moving to a different country: Things you should know. Top Story - August 2020.
Moving abroad can be one of the biggest adventures of a lifetime. Often, for some people who find themselves stuck in a routine, it can be a release of repetition and a new challenge to embrace along the road of life. Facing a new country brings forward many new additions of experience; from culture, relationships to language, which you need to immerse yourself into completely to adapt and survive. From my experience, it awoken a new state to my existence. This ‘survival mode’ that I faced willingly. I chose this path and for that reason, I needed to make this move the making of me; something beyond what I already have faced. A mould of myself in a new world and lifestyle that I was to call home.

What I learnt from my first solo trip abroad. Top Story - May 2020.
Travelling solo, lost in the wanderlust is something we all contemplate at some point. Be it before we commit to those years of college, or just before we see ourselves settling down and starting a family-we all want to be out there, putting the contentment of our adventures in the hands of the maps that navigate us.

Lost in your self-translations
Addressing the reflections The human mind is covert and thus the complexities are never fully translated by oneself. We often venture into the beyond seeking to know of one another, yet ourselves we leave at one corner or page of a book. Usually, reasoning for the behaviour that displays this mechanism, is the fear of addressing the reflections we create within our minds; the life and reality it holds once unfold. Yet a person who has taken control of their own mind, in full extent and earnest behaviour, is a person who cannot be broken. To seize ones’ identity is the very quest of us all, and self-acceptance takes a large hold over the conclusions to these translations that float in the vast oceans of our minds.

Antevasin. Top Story - January 2020.
So, you might be reading this upon reflection of your recent wanderlust adventures. Remembering those nights under skies and stars. Those passing days that mingled perfectly; its fulfilment and satisfaction based entirely around the square parameters of a city map in the palm of your hand. You are craving it again. To be out there in the wilderness, happily lost amidst the perfect chaos of it all. Where nobody knows who you are, nor do they care or expect anything from you but a passing smile on the streets of somewhere. Well let me tell you, that feeling that you keep homing in on constantly is not a negative one at all. It's your inner consciousness coming out, giving you a navigation to who you actually are. It’s as if the inner chemistry of your body repels the connections that it has already sought and lived through before; the paleo pull is dramatically pulling you elsewhere. But the question is to where, why and what is the journey like ahead for those who cannot remain in one place for too long?

Her. Top Story - April 2019.
She was a borderline fanatic searching for the smallest of details, that seemed to but warm her heart. A relentless girl longing to find a way of keeping alive, as everyday she grasped tighter and tighter to that leash of what it was to live beyond her own mundane and repetitive schedule.
