Heaven or Hell
Heaven or Hell Where are they? In True Buddhism, Heaven and Hell are NOT considered places where a person goes but instead are concerned conditions of life. Living in fear is a not feeling any of us want to experience but when sovereigns create or ignore laws that create more fear amongst their citizens it causes an uneasy overall feeling in people.
