Richard Tice Welcomes Lee Anderson.
First Reform MP: Lee Anderson.

Lee Anderson has defected to the Reform Party. Anderson, a former Conservative MP is now Reform's first sitting MP though not elected. Anderson has said there will be no by-election though he allegedly signed a document saying if an MP defects to another party a by-election should commence.
Anderson was booted out of the Conservative Party for saying London is run by Islamists and Sadiq Khan has allowed this. Anderson refused to apologise for his statement and so has joined Reform. Anderson said according to Richard Tice "I want my county back"! Holding a press conference alongside Lee Anderson Richard Tice quoted His new MP as saying "I have done a lot of soul searching but joined Reform after listening to my parents and my staff". Mr Tice said, "It wouldn't surprise me if more MPs come over to join us".
"Britain is broken and we all know who broke it"Richard Tice said. Continuing Mr Tice said "We are going up (Reform) and they (the Conservatives) are going down" pointing at the opinion polls. Lee Anderson reportedly said the "Tories do not stand up for free speech". "My conscience is clear and I have to live with it" Lee Anderson added.
Asked about the Reform Party's Deputy Leader's outburst that he "wanted to destroy the Tories" Mr Anderson said, "That's not at the top of my agenda". Lee Anderson outlined His vision for Reform: "I want a party that puts the UK first and not sitting with their mates drinking tea and clinking champagne glasses". Anderson indicated that after the general election, he hoped he would still be a sitting MP for Reform. I also expressed the wish that he hoped many more newly elected Reform MPs and defecting MPs would be sitting by him soon.
Reform was the former Brexit Party and having got what it wanted it is now 'The Reform Party'. Nigel Farage founded the party to get Britain out of the EU. Mr. Farage then stepped down as leader and handed over to Richard Tice. Farage can currently be seen as a presenter on the right-leaning news channel 'GB News'. Farage is keeping his political ambitions to himself right now, whether he will become more actively involved with Reform, remains to be seen.
Of course, the Conservatives under Rishi Sunak have been scathing about Anderson's defection. Will there be a breakthrough for Reform? Will many Tories defect as Anderson has to Reform? It is possible, however, we have been here before. UKIP was going to be the party, at the time led by Farage, to make a breakthrough, however, it never happened.
Right now, in British politics, two parties have become prominent. One is the Reform Party and the other is George Galloway's 'Workers Party'. Galloway has become The Workers Party after being elected as Rochdale's MP. Galloway has said he has hundreds of candidates ready to go the length and breadth of the nation. Similarly to Reform, whether there will be a breakthrough and revolution in British politics for Galloway's party, remains to be seen.
Reform is regarded as right-leaning and some even a far-right party. With The Workers Party, it is perhaps a little more nuanced and confusing. Galloway and his party identify as socialist and you would think so from the name 'Workers Party'. However, some accuse Galloway of being more national socialist as regards his view on immigration/migration. The lines between what was once left and right have blurred. What was once left has become right and vice-versa.
Galloway and Tice have one thing in common, they both hate the so-called 'woke' agenda. Galloway a self-proclaimed left-wing activist all of his life now distances himself from what he calls "The woke left". Whereas Tice hates everything the 'woke left' as he sees it stands for.
