Why I Am Making This Public

For my safety and for the record: I am a whistleblower exposing corruption, discrimination, and civil rights violations in Ephrata Borough and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Because of my advocacy, I have received threats and witnessed government actors act unlawfully against me.

This declaration is a public-facing safety plan and a formal evidentiary record. If I am harmed, silenced, or disappear, this document shall serve as proof that I was targeted in retaliation for protected activity.

Documentation: All threats will be timestamped, screenshot, and stored in multiple secure locations (offline + encrypted cloud).

Law Enforcement Notice: FBI (Philadelphia Field Office) and DOJ Civil Rights Division will receive notice of this declaration.

Witness Network: Trusted third parties hold keys to my archive and will release materials if I am silenced.
