“My professor called my paper ‘anarchist dribble’ and that ‘if society followed your logic, homes would burn and children would be slaughtered in the street’. Brilliant, isn’t it?” Reagan Satchford pushed her laptop away. She ran her fingers through her spiked, short hair while laughing. “Children would be slaughtered in the street… wicked. Falalalala, lala, la, la.” She sang the last statement to keep with the holiday season they celebrated. Meager decorations hung upon their studio apartment walls.

The Last Great Dragon
In the middle ages, earth was riddled with dragons. They had huge scales with emerald hues, wings the size of a human and eyes the colour of the gold they so loved and adored. Dragons dwelled in caves, isolated from society. The people of the middle ages were terrified of them, and rightfully so, dragons came in the night, destroyed villages in one fiery breath, ate their livestock, and pillaged their gold. It was not necessarily their fault, dragons were greedy in nature, and if they saw gold laying there for the taking, who were they to decline such a tempting offer?

Bitcoin is the Moon of the Crypto tides
The truly unraveled mystery of Bitcoin is written into its history, and despite the constant search for the original creator, it was only to be this way from the initial start of the currency (due to the obvious choice the creator/s wanted, and that was) to be anonymous, yet demonstrative of how a new digital currency could one day change the world online.

THE CREATOR
Dorian S Nakomoto is a quiet man. He just celebrated his 77th birthday and he lives a simple life in Los Angeles but in 2014 Nakomoto’s life would be upended all because of something called bitcoin. I'm not even sure Mr. Nakamoto had even heard of bitcoin until that day.

Points into Cash
I watched the computer screen with excitement as the numbers just kept climbing. One thing that people could say about me was that I liked to do the impossible and they would be correct. What did I do that was impossible this time you ask? Well I created a digital currency that could be traded for real money. I got the idea because I played online while I was a teen often. Game and forum sites like Neopets, Runescape, and Gaia Online. I always saw people talking about buying the gold or points from other people with real money and figuring out the logistics of that. Well this was the same thing just better.

Countries That Bitcoin is Banned in 2021
Without a doubt, we are in the cryptocurrency revolution that will shape the world for the future but not everyone has figured it out yet. Even though Bitcoin has seen a huge rise in popularity and also in the price there are still many countries that forbid it completely.

ISO Bitcoin
Ashton woke up at 5 am as usual and took a quick shower and shave - razor’s still good for a few more uses, he thought - then went into the living space which was crowded with a network of wires that were carefully taped to the floor and walls, and banks of computers. He made coffee and woke up his monitor to check last nights mining progress. Nothing to report today, he thought, then scrutinized the community buy and sell sites for computer parts. Although his system was finally doing what he wanted, parts tended to deteriorate fairly quickly due to the heat. He kept AC on all the time but still, inside those units were pretty hot. He replied to a couple of hopefuls while gulping down the last of his black coffee and went to get ready for work. Ashton decided to wear a dove-gray designer suit with a black silk tie and black leather Italian loafers which he’d bought from the downtown Goodwill with the rest of his good clothes, grabbed his briefcase (a gift from his father for graduating college) then he turned off the lights and appliances and locked the door before heading out to the bus stop.

The Midas Touch
As routine would have it, in the mornings I stare in the mirror wondering what was there yesterday that’s not here today? Sometimes they’re insignificant, as you wouldn’t believe how many body parts one can lose without noticing, their absence noticed during the mundane tasks suddenly difficult to do. Today, it was my left ear: I noticed as I tried to tuck my hair behind it. Smooth skin greeted my hand instead, so I tapped it to test my hearing. Nothing.
