Watch Out Wednesdays - 1/14/26 (Opinion)

We are now in the second week of 2026. Even though we are only in the first fourteen days of this year, so much has happened in America and throughout the world that would normally take up about 6 months of news. Events are accelerating to an all-time high.

Despite going through this whirlwind, we must take the time to slow down so that we can be able to process things during the last of the last days.

1. Separate yourself from those who always seek to bring you down. Put a gap between yourself and the mediocre masses.

2. Choose not to make the lives of others bitter that are around you.

3. Do things according to procedure. Do things right the first time so that you do not have to do the same thing twice.

4. To gain increase in your life, then you must acquire knowledge.

5. Declare the truth now before you reach your destination. Consistency is the key in order to overcome your obstacles.

6. Help others in the fight throughout life.

7. Get off of your butt and move.

8. Fully express how you feel.

9. Decrease your alcohol intake.

10. Have respect for authority.

11. Prepare to confirm the truth each and every day.

12. Ask for mercy in these unmerciful times.

13. Find the balance between pride and low self-esteem so that you will not be trampled in life.

14. Amass your arsenal so that you will be ready for the next attack.

15. Keep wise people around you at all times.

16. Keep working hard.

17. Do not choose to associate yourself with thieves.

18. Realize that there is nothing new under the sun.

19. Choose to smell good and to stay fresh.

20. Break yourself away from tradition.

21. Be aware of your surroundings.

22. Do not allow for bad habits to drain you of your strength.

23. Keep moving forward with purpose.

24. Prove to others and to yourself that doing things orderly is better than doing things in a chaotic fashion.

25. Pray and fast.

26. When you choose to fight, then you better bring everything but the kitchen sink. Use all of the arsenal that is at your disposal.

27. Choose not to be a hindrance to others.

28. Do not look to intentionally hurt someone else.

29. Realize that lying and deception leads to disappointment.

30. Choose to be pleasant so that you will not be eliminated.

31. Recognize the authority that you have upon this Earth as a human being.

32. Realize that every day brings us a day closer to the final judgment.

33. Pursue to do work.

34. Prepare what you will need to say before you say it.

35. Stay out of deception. Do not vow to do something that you know that you will not do in the future.

36. Help others out so that you will be established.

37. Tell the truth to others.

38. Choose to be joyful and happy.

39. Be empathetic towards others.

40. Continue to pray and to ask for help.

41. Realize that the only thing that you owe to others is to speak the truth.

42. Choose to not put other people on a pedestal.

43. Acknowledge and greet others.

44. Choose to be more zealous than others.

45. Guarantee that you are working towards your inheritance on a daily basis.

46. Be bold enough to speak to other people without being afraid.

47. Forgive others so you that you will be forgiven when you do something wrong.

48. Be abundantly graceful towards others.

49. Hold on to the good things within your heart.
