Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; The storm after the storm.
The walls in my room call me psycho!
If my walls could talk they would call me psycho on my kids on everything I love. I am certified crazy, you know the statement telling all that I am cray is an obvious hyperbole exaggeration. I need to win a prize challenge first place for once but it looks like no one cares about the straight-up facts though.

Dear African media why do you show dead bodies in print & on websites?
I'm frankly disgusted, I had to say something. After living in 2 African countries, with several social media accounts opened with African SIM cards (phone numbers) the brutality is different.

Conquer PTSD: A Roadmap to Overcoming Trauma and Living a Fulfilled Life
Beware, for I speak of a soldier, named John, who had ventured into the abyss of war. He bore witness to unspeakable horrors that no mortal should ever have to endure. But when he returned home, the demons of his past followed him. They haunted his every step, whispering in his ear every night. He was consumed by the memories of what he had seen, unable to escape the terror that had taken root in his mind. He would often wake up screaming, covered in sweat, his heart pounding as if it would burst out of his chest. He avoided crowded places, for fear of being trapped, and he would lash out at anyone who got too close. But his fate, his ultimate descent into the abyss, remains shrouded in mystery. Some say he was consumed by his demons, others say he went mad, but all that is certain, is that he was never the same again. Beware, for the horrors of war can linger and claim even the strongest of minds.

Writing with ADHD
It has taken me an unbelievably long time to start writing this. Eight months in fact! Most of my readers by now are probably thinking I’ve slipped off into the abyss. Some may not even think of me anymore. Even now, as I write this sentence, I wonder how long the burst of motivation I’m feeling is going to last; I wonder if I’ll ever finish it.

What Parents And Caregivers Need To Know About Teen Mental Health
How To Know When They Need Help You're not alone if your teen child is struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. Many teenagers are still having difficulties more than a year after the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) joined forces with other groups to declare a national emergency in juvenile mental health. You might still wonder if the symptoms are simply a result of the biological and social changes that all teens experience as they approach maturity, or if there is anything more going on.
