humanity
Mental health is a fundamental right; the future of humanity depends on it.

That's what I was thinking about; some hamburgers. Yeah, that's what I think about when I'm nervous and overwhelmed. Thinking about my storage unit which I had for tens of years of my memories. Of which I have to get it out at a certain time at a certain date or else they will...put them in the auction. H.P. says I need new things and to get rid of the old. They also imply that which is of the old has the bad energies from the past of which are not the best for me. It can even be dangerous for me if I introduce them back into my life, into my new situation, which is my new apartment.

Burning Pages:
Burning Pages: I have a recurring dream where burning pages fall from the sky. My writing, my life’s work. My love and hope. So many scorching pages flutter down and heat the air, I can’t breathe. I try to salvage what I can, but the ashes burn and blister my skin. The sky is dark, a city flickers in the distance. Its buildings glow, licked by tall flames, I hear it popping and snapping. A creek beside me reflects the red and orange, it sizzles when the embers land. I can’t see where I’m going but for a moment the smoke clears and I’m on a wide road, there’s no cars no shelter. The heat slows me. My feet feel heavy, and my head hangs low. I look up, I see her, the subject of my pages. The hurt on my skin Is nothing now. I call to her but she can’t hear me. The wind picks up and howls and whips fire into spirals that approach like small storms. She’s unburnt for now but scared. Her eyes glimmer with fear and hope, somehow. I step toward her, but she moves back, not intentionally, she glides. Every step I take the distance remains the same. I panic and begin to run. Pain shoots through my legs like they’ve snapped and shattered, I run still. Even at high speed I just can’t close the distance.

What identifies someone with a survivor or a fighter tag?
We are all endowed with a distinct personality that distinguishes the various characteristics we possess, representing our portfolio differently and determining whether we are merely survivors or true fighters in this competitive world. Does uniqueness in our personality play a vital role in all our lives? As we grow, our family and friends start to notice our special features as well as our personality. As we all know, life is full of ups and downs; the joys and sorrows go all along, affecting our own individuality and personal desires, attitudes, and tastes. What we see and experience every day is that life is not a bed of roses, and sometimes we have to fight hard to remain strong and different to survive and enjoy the best we can get. But on the other hand, someday we have to be fighters to make our world a better place to live. How do we manage this all? It will just be possible due to our personality traits.

The Mirror
Dear Mom, This is supposed to be a confession, but it is also to be written in the form of a letter, so there are certain rules that I need to follow. Usually, I begin all of my letters to you discussing my state of mind, and then I fill in the heart of it with what I have done with my life since my last letter (or, more often, phone call). Those messages can get repetitive and dull and I have no interest in repeating myself.

What is a Heyoka Empath?
First, I have to explain that many people have heard of the word empathy and from that quite a few have heard empathic and even empath, but I think that very few people realize there are several types of empaths and one is considered to be one of the strongest.
