humanity
Mental health is a fundamental right; the future of humanity depends on it.
Immortality, Fantasy and Reality
Do you know that human beings are delusive thinkers? We do not realise that we live in a hypnotic world. Our thinking process is hypnotic. The words we use in our minds have a conditioned response in the subconscious mind. The meaning of the words does not matter, but they generate real feelings. The subconscious mind is like a piano, and the words we use are the keys on the piano keyboard. They produce a specific sound. Twenty-four hours a day, we play a tune on this keyboard, and most people have no idea how their mind works.

Hallways
I am a hallway away from that class. Yesterday, I was grieving in that class, and now, today, I would rather die than step foot anywhere near that class. I want to hide away and leave this toxic air. This air that everyone had to breathe. Not just anyone, but disgraceful, mean, arrogant, and high-maintenance people. I hated this air. The smell of rich boy cologne, Victoria's Secret perfume, overconfidence, and money. I do not deserve to breathe this air. The smell of the rich. I always hated it. It made me feel like I don’t belong, for I only know the smell of grease, hatred, and poverty.

The new beginning and reborn
In a space full of happiness and tranquility, a koi, whose body has amazingly beautiful colors. It had a pair of black eyes that swiveled, a small mouth that opened and closed, and four fins that swung from side to side. Its body is very flexible, plump, and strong, and its tail is long and large with a transitional color. It swings its body gracefully, leaving a happy splash, and the sparkling pool water becomes fresh as a result. Look how grateful and happy it is. The beautiful koi brings us life-changing spiritual energy. It helps us face our fears, worries, and insecurities.

Left and Your Other Left
I am a yoga instructor with ADHD. This occasionally results in a few "oopsie" moments in class when I forget which pose is supposed to come next in the flow, what number of rep we are on, or whether I should be cuing the left or right side. I got these tattoos the day before I moved out of Vancouver.

A Letter to My Dad
Dear Dad, It has been almost forty years since you stepped out of my life in the most cliché-ridden manner possible. Not just a bad heart that attacked you; not just on the day that you were to be released from hospital; not just when all the signs were good for you and your health. It was the day itself that stays with me.

Hypnosis and Self-Knowledge
Most people do not understand hypnosis. Many think they cannot be hypnotised, and many believe someone hypnotises them. What they know about hypnosis is mostly from watching hypnosis performed on stage or TV. So they have the wrong idea about hypnosis and what it does to the individual. Here I am going to try to dispel this misconception and help you understand the magic inside you.

Cognitive Bias — Part 1: What they are. What they do.
Cognitive bias is a term that refers to the ways in which the human mind is inclined to process information in ways that may lead to inaccurate or distorted outcomes (Haselton, Nettle & Andrews, 2005). These biases represent systematic patterns of deviation from norm or rationality in judgment and thus can lead to inaccurate perceptions, illogical conclusions, and even irrational behavior when individuals rely on their own constructed reality rather than the objective reality (Ariely, 2008; Baron, 2007). In other words, an individual’s thoughts and/or behaviors might be determined more by how they create reality, than by the unbiased input.
