Why Women Fall In Love With Married Men
Although falling in love with a married man is one of the most confusing and emotionally complicated affairs a woman can experience, it still happens more often than people admit. On Love, Freedom, and the Boundaries of Human Emotion

Life without the solace of alcohol
On January 17th, 2024, I had my last drink. For 15 years I was a high functioning alcoholic. Snowed in at home I didn’t have beer, my usual go to, but there was hard liquor. Enjoyed Fireball while I wandered around in the snow. If I had known, it would be my last time drinking I would have done something more exciting. After I finished that bottle I switched to a random vodka. Evidently, I passed out for the night. The next morning, I woke up feeling like shit as you would expect. It was a beautiful day with the sun slowly melting the snow. I was stuck on the couch watching Netflix because of my bad decisions. My first day with no alcohol was January 18th, 2024. As I laid on the couch, I made a list of the reasons why to drink vs why not. The original list is tacked up on my bedroom wall. It continues to grow as I learn more. Looking back on it keeps me motivated.

Why is it easier to stay quiet than to speak our truth?

When most people hear “fear God,” they imagine trembling obedience — a cosmic authority waiting to punish, a sky-father with lightning in his fist. The phrase summons guilt, submission, and the dread of being wrong. But the truth is more nuanced. The distortion of that phrase — the way it has been weaponized — is one of the most powerful control spells ever cast upon humanity.

A Magical Cure for Excess Weigh
In today’s world, the notion of a “magical cure” for excess weight appeals to many. Everyone wants a quick, effortless way to shed extra kilos, regain confidence and improve health. Yet the truth is more nuanced: there’s no single pill or trick that works for everyone. What does work is a thoughtful, multidimensional approach — one that combines nutrition, activity, mindset, rest and hydration. When these align, the changes may feel almost magical.
