All the things I wrote after I sobered up are written in a different font so you wouldn’t mix up the two. Bartenders are using this in cocktails more and more these days, because when used correctly, it can add depth to both sweet and savory drinks. It can be used in cooking as well, but if you're using it for a recipe make sure to purchase the right kind of Cynar. There are several different flavors available so read labels carefully before buying.

His head bartender came up with the name "Piña Colada" after adding Spanish words for Pineapple (piña) and Coconut (cole). Since then, there have been many variations on this classic cocktail, some more traditional than others.
