Why So Reactive?

When Chemistry Feels Too Personal! ;)

By KomalPublished about a year ago 1 min read

When the bond is ionic; electrons must be shared apart,

Can't there be LOVE in chemistry, where no atom breaks its HEART?

*

Elements collide; their reactions align,

Why must everything CHANGE, refusing to stay FINE?

*

When there's ACID, a BASE comes through,

When I wrote 'REACTANTS,' it said, "Write PRODUCTS too."

*

Why must opposites PULL or REPEL? Can anyone define?

Why can’t compounds exist without breaking the design?

*

What starts as a spark can combust into FIRE,

Who made "ENERGY"? Why does it always expire?

*

ENTROPY rules chaos; can’t order ever shine?

I yearn for a BALANCE, a bond that feels divine.

*

Life’s molecular DANCE, the bond’s fragile design,

Why must it all DISSOLVE, leaving nothing to enshrine?

This is life-hacked chemistry. The answer is 'cause we are sons and daughters of chemistry father.

The questions you pose, exploring the nature of change, balance, and entropy, invite deep reflection on both scientific principles and the human condition.
