Don't settle for relationships that constantly make you feel wronged. Don't buy items that break after a few uses. Stop forcing yourself to do things that compromise your integrity, such as putting on a false front or flattering others.

Life is short; be true to yourself.

To put it more bluntly, just be yourself and don't care too much about what others think. In reality, the world is very noisy, and not many people are paying as much attention to you as you might believe.

Do what you love, meet the people you like, and experience the things that truly make you happy. These things don’t necessarily have to be expensive.

Instead, learn to take care of yourself, delete unnecessary relationships and items, and spend your time and energy focusing on yourself. Live more meticulously.
