Learning to heal oneself is a mandatory course in life!

As I age, I increasingly understand:

Those who heal with time are those who survive on their own.

Nine out of ten things in life are unsatisfactory, but you can only confide in others so much. You must gradually untangle the knots in your heart and overcome life's obstacles one by one.

Often, life is a solitary experience. Only we ourselves can truly grasp some of our deepest feelings and the accompanying helplessness.

Those who have never wept bitterly in the dead of night have not truly lived. Every hardship we endure becomes a radiant treasure in the long river of life, illuminating our path.

Life inevitably leaves us scarred and bruised, yet ultimately, those wounded areas will become our greatest strengths.

Learning to heal oneself is a fundamental life skill. When confronted with a sudden storm, regardless of the method employed, as long as you weather it, you will emerge as a stronger, transformed individual.

Quietly collapsing and gradually healing may be the common reality for many adults today.

All healing is self-healing!
