nature poetry
An ode to Mother Nature; poems that take their inspiration from the great outdoors.
Flower Child 🌹
Undecided and indecisive. More in the middle than Thursday. I want it. Then I don’t. How draining it is to water something that doesn’t seem to grow? Rip the roots out and re-plant myself. Finally put that fertilizer to good use. Make sure my seed has enough space and love to grow. Can’t wait to see where the wind blows her. To a new, better patch of land. Until then I have to be the best farmer I can. To grow us both. I would hate if my seed couldn’t branch out because weeds tried to choke her roots and leave🍂. I’ll store enough water to nourish us. My dainty flower. How I’ll watch over.
