A lemon tree
She came here to read because she finds peace in nature. She finds rest in the silence and stillness. She sits back against that small lemon tree thats right there , in the middle of the meadow. It makes her smile; she finds it so poetic and a little sad that it grew here by itself. She thinks she’s keeping him company . In the end, that tree is just like her: a loner, a dreamer. She likes to think she’s just like the boy in « my sweet orange tree », the book that made her cry so much when she was a kid.
