to paraphrase, reflect:
love is
forbearing
gracious
wishing the best for others
with neither envy nor complaint
pleased with what is just
merciful
& true
enduring all
trusting
hoping
unfailing
perfecting
maturing
so little of which I am—
always wanting
rarely feeling
finding only for this moment
by fragile choice

Those last three words though 🤯
…finding only this moment / by fragile choice…” This is so …insightful, and painful. I love these reflections. I think I would enjoy discussing the Scriptures with you, welcoming your personal meditations. As a JW, this is not an easy task…
Lovely work! So much talent on display! Well done!!
Beautiful restructuring of this! Congrats on Leaderboard for 3/19!!
One that i missed , but it is wonderful
Yes, great and challenging words. Love conquers all… just not always so easy to choose.
This is so lovely, Randy; beautifully inspired by the well-known passage, but marvelously explored to speak new and profound things. Wonderful work! :)
It’s nice to see you back my friend and with a beautiful piece full of emotion.
Beautiful, Randy. Your thoughts here are deep. The Ideal of love is that of perfection and something that is unreachable. When the reality is love is full of imperfection and hurt and pain, but real love is the utmost of beauty in life. Great work, Randy!
Well, what a return! Love is a complex thing and yet, one of the simplest things in the world to give. Nice to see you here again, Randy.

The gospel on love is……..perfect ❤️❤️
Randy is back… nice work .. welcome home
Hope all is well Randy! Missed your stories and poetry. This, of course, is lovely, Paul's discourse on love has long been my favorite poem. Although Psalm 22, is a close second! Good luck on the challenge!
Mr Randy returns! Where you been at? Been wondering how you were. Of course it’s good to have a break. A reflective and honest piece. Great job. 😊 Hope you are travelling well.
