Mistletoe Pup
A Poem for the Holiday Season
Share the joy of the season- Michelle Liew
This is for Poppy’s Prompt #12, and Vocal's Holiday Reflections in Verse Challenge.
This Christmas, let's share our joy with those who may need it just a little more than we do. Enjoy this little etheree poem.

The
Little
Dog sits still
Waiting under
The green mistletoe
Hugged only by silence
His heart now begins to freeze
With the frost building on windows,
He dreams of warmth, but no one is near
From without, a well-known voice calls “Come here.”
