I don't know how many of you like me, but I take 11 pills a day. I take pills for diabetes, nephropathy, blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Plus once a week I take Ozempic which is a shot. I sometimes go through phases where I forget to take it, but I usually get myself back on track pretty easily. Alexa gives me reminders throughout the day, which helps.
