What’s Love?
Love… is caramel coloured puppy dog eyes
gazing in limpid adoration
their focal point… sublimely oblivious.
Love… is zany ‘Zoomies’ careening crazily
while the Loved One languidly lolls
leaning against a fence.
Love… is fizzing feelings,
or more subtly revealing.
True, steadfast… today, tomorrow and in the past.
