I See You
Tip-Tap-Too-Li-Oo

I see you
Yes, I do
I see you
Tip-tap-too
Whatβd ya say
Huh, Kelli
Do you wanna play
Tip-tap-too-li
Youβre pretty fun
My skills are rusty
I need to get in tune
Because I smell musty
So would you agree
If I were to ask you
To a poem-off with me
Tip-tap-too-li-oo

A/N:
Now to patiently wait and see if Kelli becomes aware of this challenge I have sent her. Hopefully, there will be no issues where she won't be able to participate with me. If you enjoyed our last little poetry endeavor, leave a comment about what you'd like to see us write about or what form of poetry you'd like to see us attempt.

Well done Mother! I'd love to see whatever style you feel most comfortable creating! πΈ
Yay! Glad Kelli saw it!! Look forward to seeing what you two come up with!
This is very interesting.
Oooo, I'd love to see you guys try Limericks!
I know very little when it comes to poetry, so I can't suggest many forms outside of haiku and acrostic, but I know both of you are darn amazing at it, so this will be a (friendly) battle for the ages! But I won't lie, if it comes to any voting, you'll always have my vote out of pure favouritism, MC β€οΈ
If I know Kelli, I believe it shan't be long.
Love it, Combs!! ππ
Ah, whatever direction you go in, I'm sure it will be well-wrought!
I won't make any money that way, leaving a tip. I am trying to get to payout. Catchy little jingle though, I like it. Nicely Done - Sharon
Wow, great poem game ππΎππΎ
Haha. This is great. I saw Kelli's response first. Well done, both of you.
Yes, I would love to play
This poem's got a catchy rhythm. I like how it sets up this "poem-off" challenge. Made me think about times when I've tried to get back into something I used to be good at, like the speaker with their rusty skills. Do you think it's easy or hard to come up with new poetry topics? And how do you think this "poem-off" would play out if Kelli accepts the challenge?
Power to the girl poets! Loved your poem, Sharon.
How fun!
Fabulous I always love your writing βοΈππ
