entry for "Sensational II"
i love how you shout at me from the doorstep, and your adorable brrrrp when you march by my legs
i love how silky your fur is on my skin, promise of warmth in my lap very soon, punctuated by those forgetful little pins kneading me (needing me), and whiffling whiskers tickling my cheek, so eloquent
i love the sloppy little sounds of you chewing, overlaid by the sound of a happy motorcycle stalling
i love your stinky breath kisses in my face afterwards
and when you're done, the spectacle of you playing the cello, and at last I watch your full belly move with your breath and admire the pink beans of your feet.

I took my son and niece to Gori, a small town in Georgia where Joseph Stalin was born. They talked me into visiting the Stalin's Museum, the largest in the post-Soviet space. I had resisted going there because I just can't stand the monster and know enough about him, or so I thought.
