Introduction
At first, I was going to do this as a sonnet, but then thought I would try it as a visual butterfly cinquain and try and make the visual representation look like a sandwich. When I tell people how much I love this they think I am a nutter, but they convert when they actually try it.
The music is "Jam Song" by Howard Johnson which is actually rather excellent.

Sounds interesting. Certainly no stranger than lining the bottom of apple pie with cheddar cheese. It's also the same response we got every time we described the pork & bean sandwiches our mother used to make for us. Without fail, they always asked for a second.
The only cheese that I've eaten with something sweet is cream cheese. I gotta try this out. Loved your poem!
I'm down for giving it a try. Might be as surprising as cheddar and Granny Smith apple wedges!

Oh love this poem, it looks great and I am with you on this one - cheese and jam are an amazing combination. Well done, Mike!
