All Shirts are Grey

getting dressed is a doddle

By BrenPublished 2 years ago Updated 2 years ago 1 min read

almost all my shirts are grey

and all my pants are black

those choices

weren’t really mine anyway

i am, therefore i slack

i’m slowly learning

(very slowly)

how to bend my perception of time

that way i can ensure that this spot

and that this forever

will always be forever mine

almost all my shirts are black

and all my pants are grey

i knew it would eventually come to this

it was the only possible way

i’m slowly learning

(very slowly)

that so much will never be mine

and to accept that

what i have is what i have

and that as it is,

is fine
