How to Write Unique Articles Consistently on Vocal

3 Habits are needed to adopt:

1: Develop a habit of writing consistently

First, break the myth that you will write seamless articles and blogs from day 1.

Break the writer's block in your mind and start drafting a story on the topic you want or feel comfortable with. But start it today!

2: Adopt a habit to work anywhere and anytime:

Use a mobile phone for it. Write ideas, and inspirations effortlessly. Don't worry about the rough idea, and random thoughts write them to write in the "Memos"

3: Develop a habit of reading blogs

It might sound insane, but believe me, reading others blogs and stories will give you

1. Inspiration
2. Motivation
3. Ideas and thoughts

To write on any topic. Remember, our mind repeats the things we perceive from our eyes and ears. So, what you look and hear, you are going to implement in your routine. So, reading stories, and blogs will motivate you to write more with clarity and brevity.

Posting stories on Vocal:

I have started consistently posting on Vocal; it's a challenge for me as well.

I have been a writer on Vocal since Nov 2024 but stopped posting due to my exams.

Right now, I am all set to gear up my writing practices on this platform.

So as far as writing on Vocal is concerned, I would advise you to:

Make a List in the Vocal Profile Section. Suppose you have created 3 lists

1. Technology and Artificial Intelligence
2. Health and Fitness
3. Business and Start-ups

Upload 3 stories and see the results of how much the audience interacted with your stories.

Pro tip: I share my uploaded stories with my fellows, and upload them on my social media platforms to get some views. So you can also share it with your colleagues and on your social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram Reddit, or X (Twitter)

A master plan to implement:

So, by following all the guidelines above, you will be able to follow a master plan to be consistent on Vocal Media Platform.

1: Make a story schedule

Meaning that, write at least 5 titles on each niche you are going to write.

2: SELECT timings for writing

I would suggest choosing morning time for writing a story but make a rough draft of your upcoming story at night.

Pro tip: Always remember, when half work is done at night, your brain will access it easily to work on the already "ongoing story"

3: Select post time

I would recommend selecting post time, suppose fix your slot to post your stories in the evening, morning, or at night. It will make a habit in your brain to be consistent in writing.

5 hurdles to minimize:

What will be the length of my story ( doesn’t matter, write anyway, maybe 300 words )

Will be story be read by medium members ( it’s not a concern at this time, write and leave )

Am I writing perfectly? (Maybe not, but write consistently, and examine your day 1 at day 30)

Nobody following me, ( doesn’t matter, focus on your writing exercise, not on the followers)

I am a bad writer ( no, practice will make you a prolific writer)
