New Writers Stop Trying to Be Valuable

Remember, no one becomes a pro by writing one VIRAL POST!

VOCAL.Media has a huge audience. Are all of them experts in writing?

Or all of them are becoming viral on every passing day?

No, it takes time. (A bitter truth)

We often hear the proverb "Roman was not built in one day"

So, you are new on Medium, or trying to write your first story and facing a WRITING BLOCK”.

I got you!

You are not alone in this journey.

Even experts renounced philosophers, and poets face this WRITING BLOCK.

Mirza Ghalib, an infamous poet of INDIAN CONTINENT shares this situation in his couplets like this.

Simply means that, writers block providing you enough ideas to work on, and once you start writing by facing a WRIETRS BLOCK, no one can stop you!

The phrase “PROVIDE VALUE” is killing your POTENTIAL

Give Value, Align your Audience, and Provide Solutions

They are right!

But hold on!

They don’t know about your fear of being judged while writing.

So VOCAL.Media is not a Stage, it is a sandbox, START PLAYING!

Just not polish your writing skills day and night, you just have to start PUBLISHING your thoughts in the story form.

Firstly, try to Show Case Your Stories with Judgement:

The 2 minute-rule from the book of James Clear Atomic Habits, came into my mind while writing this heading.

Start writing for only two minutes and see the magic!

Instead of writing “ I WANT TO GO VIRAL”

Write “ I AM A WRITER" or "I AM WRITING EFFORTLESSLY"

1. So start small,
2. Write only 150 words a day,
3. Just random thoughts on a topic you selected
4. Hit “Publish” without the fear of being judged by other writers on VOCAL.media

Always remember,

You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. (Zig Ziglar)

Your growth will start after 30 posts, not after 3 posts:

Hey newbie writer, I am not bluffing here, that you will see massive growth after writing 3, 5, or 10 posts on VOCAL.media

1. You will get it once you’re curious about it!
2. So, learn your natural tone.
3. Experiment with different niches, and ideas.
