WHY BEING RELIGIOUS IN THE MODERN WORLD IS IMPORTANT?

In today's modern day world being religious is extremely important as it is one of the most efficient ways through which calmness and peace can be obtained. It is a way to conect to the "CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE" and to believe in something larger than ourselves.

Religion is also known to provide us joy and comfort when we feel there is no hope left. The religious values instilled in us by our religion can be a guiding light for many difficult decisions we have to make. By being religious , we are able to look beyond the materialistic world and focus on what matters the most-- living a life based on spiritual principle . This will surely help us stay grounded in the face of tough circumstances that life throws at us.

By reading the holy scriptures and holy books we can attain salvation and can be enlightened and can see what is unseen. Every religion is based on great teachings from the great people around the world. Hence, no religion must be compared to the other. Whether someone is Christian who believes in Jesus Christ and reads the holy Bible or a Hindu who reads the Bhagvad Geeta and believes in Hindu Gods, both are right and should be respected. a great speaker one said " Religion was made to unite not to fight."

Being religious is a way of life and it has many benefits in the modern day world. Adhering to religious beliefs helps us cope with stress, family pressure, and other difficulties we face in our lives. It also brings peace and calmness by providing a sense of security and connection to something greater than ourselves.

Religion also offers us a source of guidance, support, and comfort during times of crisis or emotional distress. By looking within the teachings of our faith, we can find answers that provide us with direction in difficult times. Additionally, being connected to a higher power can bring us contentment and happiness even when there are challenges present in our lives. Ultimately, being religious allows us to feel closer to The Creator who provides unconditional love for all living beings.

The universe is extremely giving. If we will try to achieve something by putting in our hardwork then we will surely achieve it but one factor that is extremely important in achieving success is a little bit of 'Luck' which i believe is given by the God.

Every natural wonder is an opportunity to know God.For about an hour this afternoon, millions of people are going to stop and stare and the sky--i hope in protective eyewears. As the moon passes in front of the sun,the day time sky will turn the night and we will be reminded that we are just as an ant in the expansive universe. For example, the eclipse is nothing more than a scientific phenomena. For others, it is a sign of the end of the end of the world but for the rest it lays down an opportunity to stop and marvel at the majesty of the God's creation.

Consider another examples such as that it would take a star with the highly unusual properties of the sun -- the right mass, the perfect light, the right distance, the right galaxy, the right location and the right location-- to nurture life on our earth or that the moon's size be of the right proportion to stabilize the tilt of earth's axis and generate tides that circulate ocean water and keep it fresh. Looking on how beautifully our earth is designed it quickly becomes clear that nothing about life is accidental and that there has to be a reason for us to live.
