We all want to know the magic secrets to lose weight!
The magic is all in your routine.
Your self-care is so important
Take the time to read these simple steps.
1- get enough sleep!
Without enough sleep, the chemical in tour brain causes stress and stores fat like crazy!
Do you ever feel like when your super groggy that you are hungrier?
Many studies have shown that sleep deprived people have reports of an increased appetite.
Lack of sleep effects two important hunger hormones!
Called Ghrelin and Leptin!
Sleep effects your entire DAY AND YOUR WEIGHT!
2- Be active!
If you are sitting here reading this right now!
I challenge you to get up off your lazy ass! And do 10 squats!
Now 10 jumping jacks!
There you go! Active!
I hope your heart is beating and you have a little bit of a sweat on while you are reading this right now!
If you don’t get off your butt and do what I wrote above!
I promise it will make you feel better!
If you are not sweating three times a week. You are not pushing yourself to be the best you can be.
Incorporate this in every day! Challenge yourself to so many sets a day. Before you make coffee. After you pee! Make it happen! Stop thinking it just do it!
Park your car at the end of the parking lot!
Walk to the store. WALK FAST to the store.
If you are not sweating while you are walking you are walking too slow!
Exercise is proven to:
-Improve your mental health and state
-Help your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels.
-Help brain health and memory!
And so MUCH MORE!
3- food to mouth syndrome.
Eat only when you are aware. So not eat food while driving, watching to or distracted. Be conscious about your portion and how much you are eating.
4-portion portion!
Meat and Veggies
Watch the CARBS! It’s wise to start off with a meal plan and make portions for 4 days at a time just so you can see what you need to be eating and how much! It’s easy to go off track!
When I was younger I had no idea what healthy was! I decided to eat healthy and looked up all these amazing foods! I wasn’t losing weight! Well I realized eating 3 cups of rolled oats just for breakfast was far too much! Hahaha
Portion and eat more often! Less food more often.!
5- be happy with the body you have!
If you stress you won’t lose a thing!
Remember this is the only body you have!
The only one you get to live in day to day!
It will get better!
Enjoy your life in the now.
Be nice to yourself!
Every 1 bad thing you say about yourself or to yourself. You must day 5 nice out loud to yourself!

Make sure to surround yourself with positive.
If your friend is in a slump and speaking negative. Just kindly say “I’m working really hard to stay positive these days, can we talk about something happy and fun?”.
What you talk about is what you want to bring forward in your life.

Make sure to try to speak kindly about those around you and work hard to stay healthy and on track with exercise and eating well.
Make lists to accomplish your goals.
