Eat higher fibre starchy carbohydrates, fibre can help keep your bowels healthy and can help you feel full, which means you're less likely to eat too much.
Eat more fish, including oily fish which contains good sources of many vitamins and minerals. And also omega 3 which provide the starting point for making hormones that regulate blood clotting, contraction and relaxation of artery walls, and inflammation
Cut down on saturated fat as eating to much saturated fat can raise your cholesterol and increase your risk of heart disease.
Lower sugar intake to lower your risk of high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes. It can also help you loose weight by lowering you sugar intake.
Eat less salt, eating to much may cause bloating, severe thirst, and a temporary rise in blood pressure.
