Who am I?
Sometimes I surprise myself, because of the questions arises in my brain.Questions that made me to think deeper, than my actual capacity and potential. And the big problem is that,I can’t even discuss these questions with my loved ones, all I can do is to find answer of these stupid questions on my own with the use of my stupid small brain. This condition is similar like heaving a tootache due to eating of excess chocolates, and you can’t even tell it to your mom due to terror of your mom.Sometimes I didn’t actually want to think on these questions, but at the end I can’t control myself and become forced by my brain to think on these and waste my valuable time,in which I can do much productive work.Every time I ended having an disagreement with myself, and finally wasting my so called valuable time,I do forgot that question and my solutions or thoughts too. What a waste of time..isn’t it? But this wasting of time make me feel happier than usual days.I don’t know why this happen…but it happens. So now a question arises in my mind, and this time I am writing this time.So the question is quite simple as the question what is equal to one plus one? We all no the answer of it,it’s simply two.But it is not that simple actually. As many professors proof one equal to two,so it’s answer may be four or three. If you don’t believe me,open your youtube and search proof of one equal to two.So like these my question is also not that easy and real.

You’re all alone in this f*cked up world.
Nobody tells you this, so it’s hard to accept when you finally realize. You’re all alone in this f**ked up world. People are there but they’re never really THERE for you. We have people in our lives to pass time, make memories, have fun, love, laugh/cry with. When it comes down to it we never really have anyone but ourselves. I learned that in the hardest way possible.

OUTSIDE
Oh vitamin D, how I miss you old friend! We are right in the middle of the infamous summer of 2020, and like most parts of the world, New York City's sunsets are elongating and returning our starry sky at a later time. Unlike the winter where the sun sets at 5pm, during summer time the city is showered with sunshine for over 12 hours a day. This defines summer; unlimited sunshine the whole day followed by a cool night starting at 8pm the earliest. Plenty of time for outdoor parties, bbqs, picnics, outdoor movies, tourism, or simple strolls in the park. Activities which are usually followed by a night out in the city! Whether it's in Broadway or the rowdy East Village, NYC nightlife is second to none! Unfortunately, our NYC this year will face a less vibrant, a less bright, and a less vivid summer. For those new to New York, we apologize for the inconvenience, but no refund is available at this time.

New Home, New Mindset
Let's jump right in: My four-year relationship crashed and burned right before quarantine, but I just moved out of my ex’s house a month ago. Frankly, I thought living with my ex would be less awful than living alone during a pandemic. I was very, very wrong. It was textbook-toxic. We still argued, acted like children, and hurt each other, even after we called it quits. I was angry, I was heartbroken, and I was under massive stress. No day was a good day until I gathered all the remaining strength I had and moved out. Waking up that first morning in my own space was a massive relief. The contrast was like night and day. Though I am broke and alone, I am also free, and that freedom from stress is worth it.

Remembering Yourself
Sometimes we just get so busy with our lives that we forget about ourselves. Between taking care of family, running errands for our spouses/partners, taking care of the kids, double shifts at work with a side of a shitty boss overworking you, bills on top of bills, and life overall just throwing you lemon after lemon, we barely have enough space to fit Me in. At least just for a day or the weekend. You look up in the mirror one day and you say to yourself “What happened to me? Whew,I look a mess! And I’m sooooo tired.”. I mean, when was the last time you got your hair and nails done? When was the last time you had a spa day? Went out with the girls? Treated yourself to dinner and a movie? Well, now’s the time to drop some of that weight you’re carrying and take a load off, ladies. Turn off your phones or put em on vibrate. Tell everyone “I’m taking care of me right now. I’ll call/text you back later.”. Or, heck, don’t pick up the phone at all if you wanna take the whooooole day. I don’t blame y’all for that one. There are times, ladies, where we need time off from being Ms. or Mrs. Everyone’s caretaker just for once and ditch all of the priorities and responsibilities. So what if others get upset? LET THEM! I mean, come on. Not having time to let your hair down every once in a while and have a little fun messes with our sanity!! And besides, some of us don’t like getting split ends in our hair or chips in our nails. What girl does? Having time for Me is like a breath of fresh air for us. Taking that deep breath, feeling nothing but hands lathering your beautiful locks, hands, and feet with every lotion and shampoo galore or just taking a nice hot shower night or day.....FEELS LIKE HEAVEN!! Sometimes we need to just say “You know what? I think I’m gonna take some time for me. She and I haven’t hung out in a while. Think I’m gonna do that today/this week.”. Another thing. Don’t forget about your dreams. We get so crammed in our lives, we forget them too. Your future achievements, who you are, what you are, who you want to be. They’re all just as important and you should include that with your day with Me,even if that’s only a couple times a week. Because remembering you is very unique. Especially for all independent, confident, beautiful women like yourselves. Much love to y’all. 🥰 Because we are all beautiful. And we owe it to ourselves to self-treatment for that. For all our hard work and being the women we are today. When is it our turn for our happiness inside out? When is it our turn to do something we want for a change? When’s it our turn take recognition in who we are? Our personalities, our likes, our dislikes, our favorite restaurants, what we like to do for our free time, what careers we want and what dreams we have? Whether it’s what we wear, how we do our hair, the way we dress, what hobbies we have and like to do,we should be able to should be able to have a break for all of that. We deserve it after all. Especially if some of us are in the house all day managing the house. Well,I say, it’s time for us to drop the role of a Cinderella for once and have a night being Shania Twain! Have a night to yourself or with the girls! Do you, boo! And feel good about it. Never regret a moment or a minute of it either. Have fun remembering you. And always remember you.

The Difficulty of Managing Emotions During Highly Emotional Times.
Emotions are running high this year. On a global scale, we’re all facing COVID-19. That alone has brought about so many changes that I’m sure we’re all going to have to permanently redefine what “normal” is for our families, our careers and our communities. On a National scale, the U.S. is experiencing a another racial justice movement which I’m sure will also change our perceptions of what is “normal” or in this case, “right”.

A Spark Of Light
Glow can be a very broad term with different meanings, but the same concept. As stated online and in dictionaries, Glow means " 1. To give out steady light without flame. 2.Have an intense color, light and shine. 3. Have a heightened color or bloom on skin as a result of warmth or health. 4. Feel deep pleasure or satisfaction and convey it through one's expression and bearing. Many people would take glowing as a compliment on their outer appearance, but the truth is, anyone can be outwardly beautiful, and as we age, sometimes our glow starts to fade. As Maya Angelou stated " Nothing can dim the light that shines from within." These truths only bring us back to our real question, what does it mean to glow from within? Not only this, but what are some ways that I glow from within as an individual?

Learning To Surf
Life is like a wave. The ebb and the flow we experience is constant and inevitable. Things come and they go. Moments shift, emotions change, we feel happiness then sadness etc...One without the other is next to impossible. Everything has its polar opposite. For example, let's look at an actual wave...the water at the bottom (wave trough) begins to move upward into a wave crest. If neither the bottom or top of the wave existed, the wave itself would not exist. Make sense? There are the ups, the downs and everything in between. Learning how to navigate and find the grace and balance between the three, is where our work lies. This journey is something our souls crave.
