Life Choices
I think when it comes to life and how each of us chooses our own path in life, that is where we are faced with the hardest challenges. Let it be a decision on what to wear, what to eat and who to date and many more countless things that we overthink about. We constantly overthink and worry about things that are outside of our control, but why do we do that? I think it is in our nature to worry and to think, to use your brain in one way or another, otherwise you feel useless and unwanted. But when it comes to worrying and overthinking, now that can have a negative impact on someone’s life. I used to deal with a lot of anxiety and stress from my everyday life routine, going to work, dealing with bills, some dating here and there and also just generally about my health and lifestyle. I felt like I was crumbling down, I have noticed my health was getting worse as I stressed too much, would wake up with a racing hearth beat and covered in sweat in the middle of the night, mind racing, the typical symptoms for panic and anxiety attacks. I used to think there was something seriously wrong with me and that I must be ill and it must be something serious, then I realized what the problem was. The stress, the overthinking, the anxiety all added to the whole experience of dealing with the attacks, I would freak myself out even more, start to get numb on the left side of my body, literally feeling as if I was having a stroke or a heart attack. Those few years were my lowest worst years that I can remember. But I realized that this isn’t something from an outside source, it is all coming from my own mind, I am making myself stress and anxious, and that I should stop making myself sick and worried about everything. It is wrong to worry about everything, you cannot control everything, you need to live in the moment, take each day as they come and never worry about what could be in the future, the future will always be in the future but you and your mind must remain in the present, and only try to think of things that you can actually control and might be able to change.

Freedom
Chains that bind us. It begins before birth. The umbilical cord, the one thing that binds us to another human, is the first chain. Throughout our years on this earthly plane, we are given many chains. Things that hold us down or back, things that restrain us or keep us under control, chains that stop us from moving completely or only allow us to move very little. Rules and laws set forth by others. Some are chains of choice, whereas others are forced upon us. When you think of chains you think iron or metal, sometimes even plastic but rarely do we ever acknowledge the mental chains. The ones that are seldom seen but always felt by the wearer. There are many tools to cut the physical ones but the mental chains are much stronger and more difficult to remove. Those are the ones that only we can cut loose from. A stranger could find you bound in physical chains, get a bolt cutter and release you, that same stranger could find you bound in mental chains and still help to release you but using a different method.

12 Dimensions of Wellness
About five years ago when I began pursuing my career as a life coach, I was introduced to the Wellness Wheel. I was already familiar with the seven dimensions which is emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, financial, and spiritual. But the program I went through was about the 12 dimensions of wellness. This course changed my life and helped to shape my career path.

3 Witchy Power Tools For Muggles
It amuses me every time when I see a blog or a video talking about manifesting and personal development tools. Usually, they include things like watch what you focus on, commit to daily action, state your intention, be clear about what you want.

The Conservative Culture of Victimhood is not Helping
During the 1960s, the number of people on welfare rose by 169%. A radical change had occurred and “culturally corrupted” the poor, according to John McWhorter of the American Enterprise Institute. The dispossessed went from thinking that they were doing the right thing by working to being lassoed onto welfare rolls. Thus, capitalism became the cause of individual economic ills and interpreting otherwise was akin to “blaming the victim,” McWhorter added. Sorry, I don’t really know. But the doctrine has been thoroughly accepted by conservatives, and the broad failure gives rise to the Right's favorite battle cry. The culture of victimhood means “we” must foot the bill, and the source of all my difficulties lay squarely on the shoulders of liberal ideology. How unfortunate, but who’s the victim now?

Four steps to getting your life back on track during the Pandemic.
We are months into the pandemic with no signs (well maybe some signs) of it letting up. I want to start this off by saying your pain is valid, real, and personal. The pandemic has reminded us what's important in our lives, has forced us to take pause. But sometimes the silence is deafening, the pause has forced us to confront our demons. Forced us to deal with what's going on rather than burying our heads in business, pleasure, and overall distraction. I can't solve your problems, heck, I've got enough of my own, but hopefully, these insights will help you through the darkest nights, and remind you that the sun will rise again. Or, at the very least, get your mind out of the darkest corners during the quarantine.

Step Into Your Power
Imagine that you have free will. That you have the choice to make any decision you like. Imagine that the only limitation is your imagination. Now imagine that all the barriers you perceive are in your own mind. What if this concept wasn't just in your imagination?
