Growth, Development And Maturity
As humans, one of our biggest flaws lies within our impatience. If we desire something, we don't just want it, we want it now. Proof of this can be seen all around us, every single day, and perhaps we, ourselves, are part of that proof. Such an example is humankind's desire for wealth and financial freedom, as rather than apply ourselves to years of hard work, sacrifice, perseverance, and commitment, we instead seek out short cuts. Rather than investing our money in our goals and our future, we instead invest in lottery tickets, in the hope we can achieve that wealth and financial freedom without the need to barely lift a finger. Another example lies within humankind's ambition to achieve success, and rather than proving one's worth through hard work and the demonstration of their skills and talent, many people rise to higher positions purely from who they know, not what they know, bypassing the need to work hard. Of course, it's only natural to want success, wealth, and the accomplishment of our goals, in our life right now, but to achieve such rewards without having worked hard, having exercised patience, having proved our resilience and determination, and having demonstrated our true skill, talent, and creativity, would be like making and eating a pizza without any toppings. This pizza may be food, and we could ingest it as it is, yet we would be eating nothing more than the pizza base, the dough, that is bland and near tasteless. If we took the time though, we could add pizza sauce, cheese, ham, capsicum, onion, tomato, pineapple, or whatever pleases our taste buds, and we could turn that unsatisfying pizza base into something truly delicious. Achieving our goals, success, and wealth, is no different. If we apply ourselves, exercise patience, reveal true resilience, and genuinely prove our worth, we can turn that success, wealth, and accomplishment, into reward with real satisfaction.

How To Increase Your Creativity
According to Cognitive Psychologist, Robert J. Sternberg’s creativity can be broadly defined as “the process of creating something that is both original and useful.” It refers to finding new ways to solve problems and approach certain situations.

How bad do you want it?
There is something you desire.. You don’t have to say it or even tell me. Write it down, if desired. Maybe you won’t have enough paper or time to write everything down about EVERY LITTLE THING you desire. Don’t feel guilty for not writing it down or anything of the sort. We all have lives we got to live that need our daily attention. Why dream about those desires when you may thing that they may not come true? For example: dream desires, travel desires, job desires. You certainly can achieve anything you set your mind to. Leave doubt, worry, fear and negativity in the past. Let the shining future be warming to your daily life, knowing tomorrow can be better than today; when we think positively.

Doors of Opportunity
If you follow the instructions given by The Law of Attraction, which can be found anywhere these days; (I personally enjoy the different YouTube videos people put out these days on this topic.) You will be told to create a vision board that holds all the things you wish to manifest into your life. You will be told to go to fancy stores as if you are already a millionaire and pick out what you will buy. You will be told to see within your minds eye the life you wish to lead. This in and of it's self will draw to you what your heart desires.

How To Turn Your Negativity Into Positivity
When life provides you lemons, make lemonade! In most cases, you're in charge of whether you see a situation in a negative or positive light. With determination and practice, obtaining a positive outlook will presumably come naturally.

Why do we choose to be fat?
Why do so many struggle to lose weight? Have we just learned to hide our emotions in our food? Eating makes us happy no matter how bad a day we had our favorite comfort food always fills the spot. But at what point does it just become mindless eating? I was 320 pounds and felt horrible every day. If you've ever been fat you know the struggle to just tie your shoes. Out of breath all of the time and always uncomfortable your always thinking of food or losing weight. The struggle is real and once you let yourself go to far the work that must be done is much harder than just saying no to begin with. Why do we continue to punish ourselves and force feed? In my journey to get "healthy" I pretty much tried every diet. With much resolve each of them worked and at the core they all were asking to restrict calories for the most part. In conjunction with working out they all state they are the best diet and the fastest. But time after time and diet after diet you and failure after failure you still keep trying. Deep down you know you need to put in the work but everything you tried so far has failed you. You start to question whether you'll every be skinny or healthy.

My playlist for Whole Heart Health
The "Maiah Shred Playlist" if you want to Shred, stretch, turnaround and affirm along with me! I made the "Maiah Shred Playlist" last year with my roommate, before Covid-19 changed the whole world. Heidi and I were starting Jillian Michael's "30 day Shred". We didn't get through the 30 days. I think we made it to day 14. We got busy, prioritized other stuff over our health and went back to long days at our computers. The playlist collected digital dust.

Your Power Lies Within Your Individuality
In a world that has a main agenda to manipulate us all into wanting to look, act and think the exact same way, it is vital that I stress the fact that the reason for this agenda is solely because our personal power comes from our own unique individuality. And they know this. Your power is stripped from you the moment you decide to suppress who you truly are out of fear of what the rest of the world might think. Your power is stripped from you the moment you start to pretend to be something that you are not just so that you can fit in. When in reality, the momentary ego satisfactory that comes from fitting in, is nothing compared to the soul gratification that comes from being your true authentic self.
