The Day I Decided to Keep Going
I remember the day I almost gave up. It wasn’t dramatic. There were no storms or tears. Just a dull, cloudy morning and a quiet apartment that felt heavier than usual. I sat on the edge of my bed, staring at my phone. Another email, another rejection: “We regret to inform you…”

The Ultimate Guide to Getting Fit Without Burning Out
I still remember the first Monday of January last year. I had just signed up for a gym membership, bought brand-new workout clothes, and downloaded three fitness apps. I was convinced this was the year I would finally get in shape. Fueled by YouTube fitness influencers and pre-workout drinks, I dove headfirst into daily HIIT sessions, 6 a.m. runs, and calorie counting to the decimal.

Life Is Beautiful: Finding Magic in the Moments We Overlook
We live in a world that moves fast — too fast. Between deadlines, responsibilities, and an endless scroll of digital noise, it's easy to forget that life is, in fact, beautiful. The 1% Rule: How Small Daily Wins Changed My Life
I used to think motivation came from massive goals—the kind that make your heart race and your palms sweat. I’d scribble grand plans in notebooks, pin quotes all over my walls, and wait for that wave of energy to push me into action. But that wave rarely came. Instead, I found myself stuck in the same cycle: inspired at midnight, exhausted by morning, and disappointed by evening.

Even if you fall on your face, you're still moving forward" as a title it's
Life has an uncanny way of testing our strength, often in the most unexpected ways. At times, it may feel as though the universe is conspiring to see just how much we can endure. We stumble, we fall, we make mistakes, and occasionally we fail so hard it shakes our confidence to its very core. But within those very moments of despair lies one of the most powerful truths about human resilience: even if you fall on your face, you're still moving forward. Falling on your face is not just a metaphor for failure—it’s a rite of passage for anyone chasing growth, change, or success. The stumble itself may hurt.

Getting disrespected lately
I don’t get disrespected a lot because I’m fortunate to be in a position where I don’t need to interact with a lot of people and I really don’t care about interacting with a lot of people. Its clear that the more you interact with people, the higher the chances of you being disrespected and so that’s why I don’t get that much of it in my life. Recently I got to work on a project with a young friend of mine and ended up facing alot (not that much) disrespect from him but I just chose to ignore it. I’ve already written a piece about disrespect and how to avoid it so I won’t go back to that but here I’ll just bring back some important points on how to avoid getting disrespected.
