Shadow Work
What is Shadow Work? It’s just that. Facing the darkness within you. Darkness. It’s what makes you feel inadequate, small. It’s the key that unblocks why you get triggered; why you do what you do. Your addictions. Your habitual looping of being governed by fears. Your patterns of choosing the same 3D relationships over and over again in different bodies. The darkness is what keeps you in the 3D job you hate that you’re too scared to leave. So if facing it and getting curious about it and having the courage to go to the bottom of the hell part of yourself isn’t the most beautiful form of self-care I don’t know what is. This is the Holy work that moves you into 5D living.

Expect Miracles
July 10th 2021, I came out of hospital and I was finally free. Free from people telling me, "It's all downhill from here". I heard a nurse tell me if I don't eat, I will have to have a feeding tube. I watched a man who was with a family member only realising that he was going to die soon.

Great Things
"The Greatest Things" By Camden Shortridge Vocal.com August 22, 2021 "Good things come to those who wait" That is what my mother always told me, as I begged her to let me go out and pick pears for lunch; they were never ripe. She always said that and put her fingers through my hair to comfort me. I loved pears, but they only came every now and then. However, when they did, me and mom would share them and sit on the couch together and watch movies.

I Wanted to Be an Astronaut
“I want to be an astronaut” was often thought in the quiet evenings of a childhood spent looking up. My youth was rough beach towels on a dewy grass lawn. Watching clouds pass with endless interest and pointing out shapes and animals. I waited for awakening stars with written lists of wishes.

Bon Coeur
Who? Aurora, in mythology, was the goddess of the dawn. She was a pioneer for new beginnings and an innovator of change. To the weary or wounded or those just needing something new, the door of Bon Coeur would open for all to walk through. The welcome is for any and all, from every walk of life, to bring all of your baggage, struggles, pain or strife. Our egos are persona non grata, for it is equality which we embrace. We will always make room for wanderers to join our race. As a perfect vessel for this journey, ceremonially christened and unchained, Aurora was launched as the voyager and keeper of Bon Coeur.

Secrets Of Healing
Modern medicine is based upon the notion of battle. We battle germs and fight for life. As soon as we feel pain or discomfort, we immediately try to stop it from happening and look for some way to soothe what we are going through. We feel we must change our illness or problems, overpower them with our expertise.

Strong at the Broken Places
Do any of you write post-apocalyptic fiction? I don’t know about you, but it feels very odd…a bit too close to the bone to write post apocalyptic fiction during the Covid-19 pandemic. Before 2020 it was just fiction and now, it’s kind of become reality (except if you’re writing about aliens or zombies or what-have-you, then that throws it back into the fiction realm, but only just). I just finished writing a post-apocalyptic fiction story that I’d stopped writing shortly after I started it in 2015, because my mom died (well, and also because I was kind of stuck too).

Why Being Single Is So Frickin Awesome...Unexpectedly
Super mum or not. For me personally, being single rocks right now. In all honesty, I did not expect to be saying this right now. I did not expect to pull the plug on what was a great relationship just over a week ago now. When you find out that your partner is cheating, in both a pandemic and lockdown, while at the same time, forgetting that I was due for my first COVID-19 vaccine two days later; it comes as an emotional and psychological shock. More so when a psychic astrologer tells you that he will be a life long partner, based on your charts being "aligned." Long story short: he returned to his ex. Sure, I was upset, yet I am super thrilled that I am single right now. Let the singles party begin!

An Honest Opening
It’s September of 2012, and there I am standing in the cashier area of my local Target’s Electronics Department eagerly waiting for closing time so I can get the hell out of there. I’m about three weeks into what will eventually become a month-long stint at my first official retail job, and I absolutely detest it. In my short time there, I’ve already experienced some of the usual occurrences while working in such an environment: some customers who make the work much harder than it needs to be, coworkers plastering on fake smiles while they sneak in their disses on others, team leads pretending to be allies only to count the employee feedback they encourage against the poor souls who fall into that trap.
