Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.

Writer's note: I should be doing assignments right now, but I just needed to get everything off my chest hence I am here writing this. I am mentally exhausted and I just wish my brain could shut down for a moment. So yeah this will most probably be me ranting my thoughts.

Letting Go
Everyone experiences pain. It's an inevitable stimulus that shapes us into who we are. Pain could be something visible such as having a migraine, a toothache, jamming your finger or even having a heartache from a heartbreak, but pain could also be invisible. It could be something that you live with every day or something that you don't know how to live without.

I Need Bigger Dreams
I've had several hot drinks today, an array of tea's and a marvellous hot chocolate from the brilliant coffee shop on the corner. But not one of them has been a coffee. I love coffee but I'm having one of those funny days where even the little-ist bit of caffeine can spark a career change and a newfound belief that my destiny is to actually be a comedian. I'm still not sure if I'm in the right job? I mean it's a question you get asked all the time as though it is part of your personality 'So, what do you do?' very different question to 'So what do you want to be?'

Let’s Get Real
I’ve had a lot of people ask me, how have you lost so much weight, what are you doing? What are you taking? I actually didn’t have the right answer for anyone when they asked because I didn’t know if they would comprehend what I was really gonna say!

Spoils of the Holidays
It's at this time of year that we all start hearing and seeing the commercials, the unmistakeable music and all the ads about the pending holidays. We are bombarded with purchase reminders, how many days it is to a particular holiday and those special items NO ONE can be without. But as I sit back and take all this commercialism and sends most into debt to demonstate that they LOVE the gift recipient, I wonder about the Spoils of the Holidays and faith??

Serendipity
Looking back at moments brings me so much happiness in a way that I wouldn't even believe it could be. Serendipity, by basic common definition, is the unpredictable happy moments that we experience. To me, these moments can also be through memories.

Dalia Llama's Life Lessons
Don’t let a dispute injure a great relationship. This is a big one. These days, in the United States, this seems to have completely eroded especially if you are talking politics. We have forgotten how to have a debate and still walk away at least acquaintances. It is something we need to get back.

1:3 Are Abused I’m the One in Three but I’m a Survivor
So how does one survive abuse? How does one learn how to cook? How to read? How to walk? Process, and one step at a time. And only you can achieve that, no one else can force the learnt knowledge to all of a sudden be acquired. Process and one step at a time.

Cause and Effect
In relationships, it may take a season or two to absorb the hidden meaning behind all the adversity that has taken place, before you can feel safe again, to welcome new relationships; as it turns out. You can examine the pattern of unfavorable events, as they unfolded prior to the disappointment. In one way, by reflecting on how you attracted the situation into your life. Another way is how you let yourself be swept along, as well as how you were drawn toward a familiar drama or dysfunction, which led to unavoidable failure.
