Maybe, Instead
I want to travel with a stranger in strange lands, outside of my body and of what’s comfortable until I find something related to what’s known as wicked. I want to explore with bare feet and dry hands until soft—or on the other hand—until so hardened by experience and unwonted emotion that I welcome deterioration. I want to know what it means to journey without a map, without knowledge of place or understanding because being comfortable is becoming nauseating, and I need to grow.

Are You Truly Happy?
It’s Friday night. Your friends are all posting selfies of themselves hanging out at a party; a party you were invited to but didn’t want to attend. They keep sending you texts, trying to get you to come hang out too... “C’mon! It will be fun.”

Questionable opinion?
"What I am looking for is not out there, it is in me" - Helen Keller I'm not expecting a high rank in this contest but the concept of it intrigued me right off the bat. Now I am not going to speak negatively or against skincare and health and beauty products as they for some are the exact root of the thing I am going to speak on. But one of the most important things for health and beauty is actual intangible, it isn't something you can hold or even give to others or order on amazon or even wander into a store and pick out from an aisle. The thing I am talking about is a thing that magazines and media constantly attempt to strip away from you. It is one word, and that word is CONFIDENCE.

Zen Jem 4- Self Love, A New Perspective
I love to smile. I do it frequently. I know that research says it's almost impossible to feel depressed if you are genuinely smiling for any length of time. So it's mood medicine. I've decided to incorporate it more into my life, into my interactions. Because as the video shows- a smile is free, powerful, transformational, and one of many tools that seems unimportant but can build a longer, healthier life. But there's another side. There always is. That's the nature of life: duality.
