DARK ROOM
Stepping out of the revolving door you enter a room filled with nothing but darkness. The smell is strong but oddly familiar. The noise is loud but strangely pleasant. Behind the wall that separates you, and where you are, from the rest of the world is a place filled with terror, evil, pressure, and unwanted attention. In this room, everything stops and disappears. There’s no clock, no time, and no pressure. It’s just you, the film, and the developer. Nobody is there forcing you or pressuring you to do or expose anything you don’t want to. You decide...you call the shots, you make the rules. You expose what you want, how you want.

35 Ways to make someone happy today
I know we all are probably sick of being stuck in quarantine without seeing the beautiful faces of our friends. Maybe you've lost work, or significant plans were canceled due to the virus. With these uncertain changes, there comes a mourning period where we might not be able to see the positive, but I ask you now to consider the situation. Still, more and more people inhabiting city or rural areas are not getting exercise, increasing sedentary living, avoiding face-to-face contact, and their lives are suffering as a result. I do not suggest we break quarantine because we would most probably suffer from further spread of the virus; however, I feel tired of hearing those ads or famous people saying, "Just stay home, it's not that hard." Well, for the active and the shoebox-dwellers, it is that difficult, and I, for one, understand the challenge. My family lives in a trailer and being around one another 24/7 with little outside contact is difficult, but other people are in similar or harder situations. With such conditions, depression likely will increase. What we feel is normal! We were made to be social, to broaden our horizons, to work, to experience, to live, to dance, to run! So, let me be the first to say, I feel for you, for everyone. It's okay to be angry to wear a scowl, but please, don't get caught up in a frown. Scientific studies report that not only does happiness produce a smile, but smiling also produces happiness. I think it's time we take our joy back, and a considerable part of that is altruism (or doing something for someone else), and what's better than providing the people we love with a smile. So, without any more jargon, blabber, and nonsense, let me present to you some things you can do to make someone happy today.

Birth of a new endeavor
Cig with la suze oh my where do I begin? And why did we even start ? Too old to be A famous you tuber. This in the least was never my intention. Now let’s begin this story with a friend helping a friend. Now Suzy needed a helping hand and As did I. We always ran into each other when we hit tough terrain and always stuck our hands out to lift the other up first ask questions after. She was in rough patch in her life, I needed to be closer to my new job and out of my mothers house but that’s another story for another time. So it was the only thing that made sense I won’t get into too much details but she had a break down It was pretty bad . Frightened for her I gave her some advise that saved me from my mind when I was in her exact spot I told her “do something with your hands.”after I spoke those words not knowing at that moment how important those words would impact her life, and mine. It was all gravy and biscuits after. Now Suzy has come so far from braiding bracelets to making professional jewlery never has she even thought she would be doing this or owning an Etsy shop with me. She began school for hypnotherapy and life coaching, and boy oh boy she really has become nothing like the woman I found a year ago. If any woman should look up to someone it’s her. This woman takes big steps, and never leaves the house without eyeliner, All while making a list of her next endeavor. I saw her whole transformation, what an experience. Needless to say my adventures were trying all kinds of things out along with her. We started getting a lot of orders for our art so the shop somewhat became like a therapy for us I tried alot of things some were successful some were not, disastrous I might add. One day I figured I should make a commercial for the shop and make a vlog. so I guess that’s the starting point of cig with la suze. At first The vlog was mostly about me making stuff for the shop Boring!!!! and has grown to be Godzilla, awesome. This dynamic duo is hilarious I just started rolling and I mean I could not stop laughing. All this little show is, is us in our everyday. Laughs,bs,laughs and well laughs. We keep doing the show to hopefully help those lost in the dark laugh their ass off in hopes it sparks that fire to guide them to a better place. You don’t know how many people I’ve watched to spark my fire when I was there, thank you by the way. We don’t mind if we have 1 subscriber or 20 bajillion even if me and suzy are the only one’s watching our videos only because we are our number one fans and we love it. We know we did this little you tube segment with only the highest of intentions. It would not hurt either to get 20 bajillion subscribers( just sayin) so check us out come laugh with us the more the merrier. I get to show the world the gold we make everyday just by living. With no walls all raw we are comfortable with eachother to be our authentic selves. The world is our canvas we are the brushes and paint to create our art in the world. In my eyes we are rich and abundant with the best of friendships, laughs and love so again we welcome you to check us out like, subscribe, laugh it is after all the best medicine. When You Don't Care About Christmas. Top Story - December 2022.
Deck the halls with lots of tinsel fa-la-la la-la la la la la Or something like that... right? Here's the thing, I don't celebrate Christmas. Why? Because I'm Jewish. Which seems like a pretty valid reason, yet the world is still screaming "Merry Christmas" in one ear and overplayed (yet catchy) jingles in the other.

2020 Year in Review: This is what we’ve learned about London during this Weird Year
As the year draws to a close (Thank God for that), we take the opportunity to look back on the previous 12 months. No one could have predicted at the end of 2019 what 2020 was going to bring.

Life In Pandemic Times
As the Christmas season comes around once more and the year is drawing to a close, I cannot help thinking of how fortunate we have been this year. Many people have to live from day to day and do not know how they will take care of themselves or their families. I lived that life for many years before I came to Hope Gardens. So, I know how many feel in these uncertain times. I got through it, though, and landed on my feet. I know many will, too, because we are survivors.

It's the 2020 Vision for Me. Top Story - December 2020.
Around this time last year, my social media feed was filled with posts of people self proclaiming their "20/20 vision" into the new year. Whether it was for the ironic play on words, or for the desire to see the world in a different lens, I think it's safe to say everyone had to shift their perspective as the new year came crashing in. Maybe it came as a relief to those who made their 2020 resolutions to go to the gym, because come April, there was no such thing as going to the gym. But others experienced tragedy: losing family members, being laid off from their jobs, struggling for an income and searching for sanity.

Selfless Sacrafice
Taking the days day by day, questions in my mind, Where will I wind up next? Life has took me several places, unexpected and the expected. Ever since I was 20 years old, I have always moved. For reasons beyond my control, for things that weren't my fault. Usually related to money, and things I wouldn't do for money, sticking to my morals, bad people, or unforseen circumstances. The winding road of life has always took me somewhere else. The journey has been a never ending cycle.
