Threading The Needle Challenge
Threading the Needle Challenge “My Escapes” By John Matthews After a long hard day at work which wears me out mentally dealing with DHS cases, I need to relax and unwind and clear my mind. I like to put myself in another place and escape to another world in my mind. A place that takes me away from the stressful world and busy society. This place is my quiet place to release my thoughts and anxiety contributed from people at work, family, friends, or anyone.

Learn The Art of Optimism
To be Positive is a very generous and essential aspect of any human mind. Positivity gives you a profound feeling of satisfaction in your brain. As humans, we’re more likely to take pressure or resolve the hurdle in our day-to-day lives. But not every time you feel the same way, Sometimes you feel happy, sad, angry or just confuse. These all are the blend of human emotion, or let’s just say they all have their perspective in terms of human emotion.

Painting for Peace
Focus. Relax. Such small words with big meanings. It is so hard for me to focus and relax. I deal with so much negativity sometimes that it is hard for me to see the good. I always tell people to be thankful what you have and not what you don’t. I need to listen to my own advice sometimes.

Plan Your Success
Presently, Work Your Plan Right off the bat in my profession, I was told, Most individuals have a field-tested strategy, however the issue is they don't chip away at their arrangement. The equivalent might be said to describe New Year goals. What number of guarantees did you make to yourself and what number of them will you finish?

Be(e)ing mindful
The keeper of honeybees (Apis mellifera) is one who practices age-old and dynamic forms of art, poetry, and science. To the uninitiated, beekeeping may appear to involve precise method and skill, much as one would learn how to measure or mix a reagent. But a new beek (informal slang used to mean either “beekeeper” or “bee geek,” depending on who you ask) – even one who has just barely scratched the surface of beekeeping as a hobby – will realize that beekeeping is actually a very complicated dance, one that requires mindfulness and all available senses, between the keeper and a super organism of wild animals.

How Resentment Affects Your Health and How to Forgive
“If we were to count the people individually for a small sin, it would not take long for us to reach them so we would not have anyone to live with. Because being friendly requires that you forgive. ”~ Robert Frost

The First Thing You Need to Do If You Want to Change Your Life
Awareness is a great way to make a difference. ”~ Eckhart Tolle There are two ways to live life. One way is more responsive, where you fight when you are facing challenges in your personal or professional life. One more effective way is to remember the trends in and around you and be ready with your surfboard whenever it is in a big wave!

Life is short. Buy the truck.
Life is short; buy the truck! I am officially the proud and vivacious (high-spirited) owner of my very first brand spanking new vehicle, a 2020 Ford F150. I learned how to drive thirty-five years ago on a 1982 Ford F150 2WD 3-in-the-tree half-ton. It was an exciting time to be driving when I was just thirteen years old. My dad couldn't drive one evening, so he pulled over and said, “You’re learning how to drive right now.” So, he taught me. I managed to learn how to drive a standard after stalling several times on that old dirt back road that evening, but I did it.

The Infinite Project
It didn’t start out as my infinite project. But eventually, I had to face the facts. Once again, I had chosen a challenging and intricate project to begin a new craft with. Add a little bit of life into the mix, and you have a recipe for my infinite project. Let me rewind a bit.
