'Do what you love' or 'Love what you do'
Everyone is right at one thing of their existence, but currently, not everyone is alert to such reality. When we had been young, we tend to desire to be doctors, pilots, actors, engineers, and knickknackery. however, we tend to have no conception of what did we tend to love.

Powerful Tips for Using Affirmations to Get What You Want
Positive affirmations are a great way to change your thoughts and, as a result, your life. Affirmations are not only effective but are also fun to use. They give you a sense of control over your life, allowing you to have the confidence you need to achieve your goals. To achieve them is not always easy but it is possible. That's why you need to use affirmations every day. The best type of positive affirmations are the ones that also involve visualization exercises because what better way for your mind to get accustomed to the idea than by experiencing it in reality? Have you ever thought about how successful people visualize their goals before achieving them?

How to Feel More Attractive and Confident
Not many of us can say we walk around feeling attractive all day. We all feel insecure at times, even when it comes to weight issues. If there are people who are constantly putting you down, being rude to you, or are just bad influences on your self-esteem, do your best to cut those people out of your life or spend less time with them.

The Last Day of School
For most schools, especially basic and junior high, this day marks the end of another term and in some cases, another year. The joy of moving up the educational ladder is enough to fill the bellies of students and children alike but that is not what we look forward to on the last day of school. The Last Day of school for us is when we change our attire; when we ditch the uniforms and go rogue; wear what we want to. It is the one day we actually get to choose what we want to wear and how we choose to appear, the one day we are ‘unprescribed’.

The real me shined through during homelessness
Never have I experienced anything as bad as homelessness. It’s worse than you can imagine. Police chase you off if you try to rest somewhere. Businesses don’t let you use their restrooms. In fact, there almost are no restrooms for people experiencing homelessness in Denver. Public restrooms often are closed.

2022: Journey to Finding Inner Peace
When I think of New Year's resolutions I end up making a list. Everything from working out to eating healthy and even some fun activites that I've wanted to do for so long. This year I'm adding something different to the list. For someone like me who suffers from long-time chronic anxiety just the thought of functioning as a normal person seems like a fever dream. The feeling of panic clinging to you or hovering over you like a dark cloud. One thing I did in the past to help calm my thoughts was meditation but over the years I have lost touch with that inner peace. After the sudden death of my grandfather, my anxiety seems to have only worsened and I feel it's time to calm the monster and center my thoughts.

The Arms of Slumber
I believe it was 2012. The last time I remember waking up from a restfull sleep. After that morning everything became so complicated that insomnia became my only companion under the silence of long nights. Between scraping to survive while supporting an unsupportive husband and realizing just how codependent I was on him, my nights became a safe haven of self hatred and lack of love for myself.
