happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
Find a routine that’s baggy enough to live in
Freedom is important to me. I hate feeling trapped. Even the word ‘routine’ felt stifling and oppressive to be. I chose to be a writer and editor because I wanted variety. Not to go to the same place, at the same times, and do the same things, year after year.

Music and Memories
I was sat in my car, waiting for my son to emerge from school at the end of the day. I was reading with the radio set to a popular station that plays an eclectic mix of tunes, past and present - just what I like in my music. One of the features of the afternoon show is that someone picks their oldies, songs from their youth or ones that are not current chart-toppers, or Spotify favourites, or whatever is used to gauge music popularity these days.

My son
My dear boy you are so strong . My love and happiness you are the light . You are the blessing just as much as I am . Dear god when I asked for a angel I didn’t know you would send him. So kind and so beautiful he’s so smart and funny . He is jumping around our home happily and gallantly making me smile so huge . Making my heart smile so large . Having you home with me everyday is surely the blessing. It is the hope and is the joy in my life . Seeing you every moment brings peace to my soul .

What The World Really Needs Is A Pinch Of Innocence
This afternoon, I had a work-related meeting to attend. I had to get at the site at 1 o'clock exactly, but I arrived approximately 40 minutes early. So I was simply waiting on the roadside a few yards away from the site to pass the time. Punctuality is no longer what it was a few decades ago. Being late and early are both deemed negative since being late indicates that you have nothing productive to do with your time. To avoid making a terrible first impression, I resolved to arrive at the place on time.

Dreaming a dream
I was slowly closing my eyes . I had no intentions of giving up . It is just merely a pause for four minutes or maybe a hour at most . Where do I go in life . I know the direction . I know how to make it happen. But how long will it take? We got up had oatmeal and beans again and I prayed and knew it would happen . Just when I thought to myself . Now it’s happening now . Everything will be ok soon . Everything is ok now . I breathed in and out slowly . Expelling as slowly as I could . I was done thinking, done then I took out my phone and started to write . One of my new passions is being a writer . I love doing tik tok and my podcast and someday soon YouTube . That would be a new staple . My dream includes making the world a better place .

"Micro Habits"
We all want to add new habit to our life and stick to them, but as we all know, it’s really hard and within weeks we go back to our old routine. That is also my story. I read lots of self-help books and tried different apps. I even started to believe that this thing was never going to work for me and almost gave up 😶

Create positivity around you
What does it mean to have a good environment? It is a setting characterised by harmony, optimism, and positive interpersonal connections. It is an atmosphere filled with happiness and kindness toward others. In an atmosphere like this, there are no hostile sentiments, injured feelings, or bad antagonism against one another.

Believe in God first
This part of my story was written on July 2, 2018. I will start slowly for my readers to feel where I am coming from with no judgment. I want my readers to take my story and my accomplishments and use it in their everyday lives from this point on. Eventually, you get tired of being in the dark, and you want to be heard. I am such a go-getter, and I want so much for my-self. No matter my trials and tribulations, I've always stayed true to being a good human being. Take my strength and learn from it. I want to help all of us succeed. HONESTLY, I CAN'T BELIEVE I AM DOING THIS. I can go on and on about the things I've been through, but then I think to myself. FOR WHAT? So I can look like a victim, so people will judge my story to laugh. And that little voice in my head says, "you're not doing it for them. You are doing it for YOU". Rolonda, you're not like everybody else. You have a VOICE.
