You Made It, Believe It
Let's get right down to business, shall we? So, the year is wrapping up pretty fast and well, we're back again. You may be tempted to look back on all the things you could have done, should have done but couldn't do...well, don't go down that rabbit hole, it doesn't lead anywhere safe

2022 New Years Resolutions
Personally, I never really liked the idea of long-term goals, especially those set at the very beginning of the year. It probably has something to do with 2020 absolutely destroying my intentions with everything that happened. I mean, how could you possibly account for all the crazy things that could happen? As I have gotten older, I've realized that having plans and aspirations throughout the year can be helpful. Even if I don't hit all my goals, at least I can say that I thought ahead and set those expectations for myself. Here are some ideas I've had brewing throughout 2021 and want to get done.

My Goals for 2022
The new year is quickly approaching and I have started to ruminate on how I want my 2022 to look. I feel as though I wasted a lot of 2021 because I was doing great at talking about getting stuff done and then constantly not doing it. I would make great plans and then just stop.

Sustained Aerobics Can Make You Smarter
Exercise can also help you to lose weight, and it can even reduce your pain. If you have chronic back pain, cardiovascular exercise, especially low-level exercises such as swimming or water exercise, can help you regain muscle function and endurance. In addition to improving stamina, regular endurance exercise such as running, swimming, or cycling can keep brain cells present.

Positive energy is important!
Everything is made out of energy. Energy has the ability to either bring about your prosperity or bring about your destruction. Anything and everything in which you are involved is a product of the energy you put out. It is just as crucial how you contribute to your work environment as it is what you offer. Even if you have a wealth of information and expertise, as well as a long track record of accomplishment, you should be prepared to accept responsibility for the repercussions of approaching a new project, a meeting, a new job, an employee, your supervisor, or a client with infected/negative energy.

4 Month Glow Up
On January 3, 2022 my boyfriend will be going to Japan on a work trip for about 4 months. As difficult as I know it will be, I have decided to take this opportunity to really focus on myself and grow as a person. I will have limited distractions and I will truly be able to work on my growth without worrying about how he’s doing or actively putting his needs ahead of my own. I will be able to put myself first and have a true “glow up”. This is my way of not being sad that he will be gone but excited about how things will be when he comes back.

Make clear goals in order to succeed
When it comes to winning, there is one quality that one must have: a clear sense of purpose, an understanding of what one wants, and a burning desire to obtain it. When it comes to achieving success and realizing dreams, having a clear sense of purpose is essential.

Taking the first step is crucial for success
According to Lao Tzu, "A trip of a thousand miles starts with a single step." A lengthy trip might be made even more difficult by the fact that it is shorter. When I talk about travels or trips, I'm not talking about real journeys or trips; I'm talking about objectives, activities, and actions. I'm talking to everything and everything that necessitates you to take the initial step.

Making a resolution and achieving it!
Setting objectives is critical. This is quite crucial. Everyone is talking about their New Year's Resolutions as the new year approaches. Six pack abs, more money, travel, and other such luxuries. Resolutions and objectives are life-altering decisions, and changes are not always simple to make or maintain.
